Research On Enterprise Industry And Financial Integration Based On SAP Environment

In November 2021,The Ministry of Finance outlined the 14 th Five-Year Accounting Reform and Development Plan,which emphasizes "comprehensive improvement of the level of management accounting informatics,improved structure of information systems for industrial and financial integration,and enhanced deep integration between financial and business information systems".In addition,China’s Ministry of Finance stated in the "Management Accounting Guidelines" that the unit should also adhere to the principle of financing industrial integration and applying management accounting.Under these measures,China has clearly defined the goal of promoting the organic integration of enterprise accounting information systems and business systems.The integration of industry and finance can effectively allocate and improve the efficiency of enterprise resources,which is the key to the transition of enterprise accounting from accounting to management.As the proposition of management accounting,the financial department is not directly involved in management decisions and business activities.The enterprise background management is the essence of the integration of industry and finance,its work is mainly to confirm,measure and report the information,and its purpose is to provide information for managers and employees in all aspects and links of the enterprise.Building a platform for the integration of industry and finance and building a sound system is crucial for enterprises to implement the integration of industry and finance.By integrating enterprise information technology into the management process,we will promote the further deepening of the integration of industry and finance,so as to break down functional barriers,strengthen the coordination of internal and external organizations of enterprises,and ultimately achieve value creation.The traditional financial management model gradually exposes the shortcomings of cumbersome organizational structure,separation of business and finance,data lag,and low management efficiency.Through internal and external integration,SAP information system can promote the implementation of industry-finance integration for enterprises.How to achieve the goal of industry-finance integration through the implementation of SAP system,thereby improving management efficiency,is an urgent problem for enterprises to solve.Therefore,the study of the integration of the entrepreneurial industry and finance into SAP environment is a subject of research that is highly appreciated by the theory and practice of management accounting.In this paper,taking Jinhe Industrial as a case company,we study the integration of the corporate industry and finance according to the SAP environment.First,after introducing the context and importance of research,this article sorts the relevant literature at home and abroad,summarizes the research methods and the content of the research.Second,this paper presents the concept of integration of the SAP system and industrial finance and related research theories.Third,the industry-financial convergence stage is described and summarized into the industry-financial integration phase and then the industry-financial integration phase.Then,the text focuses on the framework design and application of jinhe industrial industry financial integration based on sap environment,and analyzes the effect of its application from the dimensions of financial and non-financial indicators.Finally,based on the problems existing in the process of implementing the integration of industry and finance in Jinhe Industry,constructive suggestions are put forward;through in-depth research on case companies,in order to provide lessons for the implementation of industry-finance integration for similar enterprises in China,and then comprehensively improve the level of management accounting informatization.
