Hydrazine derivatives are widely used in pesticide,pharmaceutical industry and aerospace industry.In recent years,chemical scientists have made remarkable achievements in the synthesis of hydrazine derivatives by means of metals,expensive catalysts and high temperature,but there are still great limitations in the synthesis of target products.For example,some precious metals are expensive and costly to apply,some catalysts are toxic and harmful,and these reactions are not conducive to large-scale production.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a simple,efficient and mass-produced synthesis method to synthesize hydrazine derivatives.The continuous flow synthesis technology is a good method to realize large-scale production.In this paper,the triphenyl phosphorus(PPh3),di-tert-butyl azodicarboxylate and alcohol is cheap and easy to obtain,and this reaction through the continuous flow synthesis method to achieve deoxyamination reaction,to gain hydrazine compounds.This simple and efficient method has mild reaction conditions,good functional group tolerance,large-scale production,late modification of complex molecules,and it is converted to corresponding hydrazine derivatives with moderate to good yield.Based on this deoxygenation strategy,we synthesized three drug molecules in gram scale.
