In the general direction of building a green and low-carbon economy, green finance,as a booster for achieving the "dual carbon" goal, has risen to a national strategic position. As a key resource and environmental element for human survival and development, cultivated land should be valued for its rational utilization and promote the green transformation of cultivated land utilization. This article first analyzes the coordinated development degree of green finance and green transformation of farmland utilization, then explores the driving factors of coupled co scheduling changes, and finally proposes policy recommendations based on the above research results. In order to complete the above research, this paper selects panel data from 30 provinces and cities in China(excluding Tibet)from 2010 to 2020,and uses a coupling degree model and a coupling coordination degree model to study the relationship between green finance and green transformation of farmland utilization from both temporal and spatial perspectives, using a spatiotemporal and geographical weighted model;Using a spatiotemporal geographic weighted regression(GTWR)model, this paper explores the driving factors of green finance and green transformation of farmland utilization, and analyzes the different degrees of impact of different factors on the coupling coordination degree from both time and spatial evolution.Using Excel software to calculate the coupling degree and coupling co scheduling, using Arc GIS10.6 software to quantitatively analyze the driving factors of green finance and farmland utilization green transformation, and using Arc GIS software to draw a spatial evolution pattern map of the coupling degree, coupling coordination degree, and the impact degree of the driving factors of green finance and farmland utilization green transformation, thereby making the analysis more intuitive from the perspective of spatial evolution.Based on the above research. The research findings of this article are as follows:(1)From the perspective of the comprehensive development level of green finance and green transformation of farmland utilization, the comprehensive index U1 of green finance development is slightly higher than the green transformation index U2 of farmland utilization, and the green transformation of farmland utilization lags behind the development of green finance.(2)From the perspective of the coupling degree of the two systems, from 2011 to2020,the coupling degree of green finance and green transformation of farmland utilization in China has been at a high level in the perspective of time evolution; From the perspective of spatial evolution, both the eastern and western regions of China were at a high level of coupling from 2011 to 2020,but the overall level declined.(3)From the perspective of the coupling coordination degree of the two systems, from 2011 to 2020,the national coupling coordination degree showed a fluctuating upward trend from the perspective of time evolution; From the perspective of spatial evolution, the coupling coordination degree of the northern region is superior to that of the southern region, and then the coupling coordination degree of the eastern region is superior to that of the western region.(4)From the perspective of the driving factors of coupling coordination, economic factors, natural factors, and social factors have different degrees of impact on different provinces and cities at different times.Overall, the impact on the eastern region is stronger than the impact on the western region; The impact on the northern region is weaker than the impact on the southern region.Based on the above research results, this article proposes the following five suggestions:(1)Promote the transformation of agricultural development to modernization, science and technology, and industrialization;(2)Optimize green financial policies, and innovate green financial products;(3)Make full use of various optimization policies of inclusive finance, and strive to create a "green inclusive" project;(4)Improve the governance capacity of local governments,Differentiated governance of green agriculture(5)Further improve the effectiveness of the green fiscal and tax policy system. |
