After China’s reform and opening up,the manufacturing industry has risen.While the manufacturing industry is developing rapidly,China is also striving to transform from a manufacturing country to a manufacturing powerhouse.Many emerging technologies have begun to flourish.Among them,additive manufacturing has been enthusiastically sought after by the market in recent years.Combined with the increasing awareness of environmental protection in the global market,the restrictions on access to other countries’ markets for some industries have shifted from pure tariff barriers to non-tariff barriers such as environmental regulations.Environmental barriers such as carbon quotas are clearly hindering the development of enterprises.One of the factors.This makes additive manufacturing,a more energy-saving and environmentally friendly production method,widely selected,and especially remanufacturing,which requires more flexible manufacturing,has great potential.Relevant companies also recognize that in addition to the excellent environmental protection characteristics of additive manufacturing,it is more prominent that it can provide personalized products.Therefore,this article studies the degree of customization of new products and remanufactured products in the context of carbon allowances on the production decision-making of enterprises.Influence,provide development ideas for related enterprises.This paper uses Stackelberg game to study how relevant companies make production decisions for new products and remanufactured products under the influence of carbon allowances,and considers whether the level of customization of product models can affect consumers’ purchasing propensity.Combining the previous research directions,this article conducts research from three aspects: the production strategy of new products and remanufactured products,the perceived value of personalized products and the degree of customization.The research is discussed on the basis of predecessors to prepare for subsequent research.Then establish a model for the production decision of new products and remanufactured products according to the carbon allowance,and analyze the influence of the degree of customization on the production decision.Through the model,under the carbon quota model,how new products and remanufactured products are affected by carbon prices,and what changes will occur in production decisions.Manufacturers and retailers should choose to focus on remanufactured products or new products when carbon prices change,discuss the impact of initial carbon allowances on corporate profits,and get the government’s recommendations on how to set initial carbon allowances accordingly.Starting from the actual situation,this article considers the factors that will affect the production decision under the carbon quota mode.The innovation is that existing scholars have more research on customization and remanufacturing,but considering the carbon price in the context of carbon quotas,it is important for enterprises.The production decision-making has less influence.This article will give some substantive suggestions for companies that need to enter different environmental regulatory markets based on the company’s situation. |
