| Global climate problems are becoming increasingly serious, and countries around the world are actively looking for ways to deal with the problems and challenges caused by climate change. As an effective way to save resources and reduce carbon emissions, circular economy and sustainable development strategies are widely recognized.Compared with new product manufacturing, recycling and remanufacturing has the advantages of low energy consumption, low cost and low pollutant emission. As an important means to realize green manufacturing and carbon neutralization, recycling and remanufacturing has attracted more and more attention of the country. However, due to the use time, location, environment and human factors, the quality of recycled products is different, which affects the cost of the recycling process and remanufacturing process, and increases the complexity and difficulty of the remanufacturing production decision-making of enterprises in recycling and remanufacturing. The existing research mostly considers the influence of the quality difference of recycled products on the remanufacturing process cost, and less considers its comprehensive influence on the whole process cost of recycling and remanufacturing. At the same time, there is a lack of research on the influence of government recycling subsidies on the results of remanufacturing production decisions of different recycling modes under this comprehensive impact. Therefore, considering the comprehensive influence of the quality difference of recycled products on the cost of the whole process of recycling and remanufacturing,it is a problem to be considered for the moment to construct the decision model of different recycling modes under government subsidies and obtain the optimal decision results. In view of the above problems, this paper divides the recycled products into remanufacturing parts and non-remanufacturing parts according to the quality status of recycled products.A two-stage supply chain system consisting of independent remanufacturers and retailers is constructed, and a recycling production decision model under the carbon tax policy is constructed. The influence of government recycling subsidy policy on the decision results of different recycling modes is analyzed. The specific research contents are as follows :(1)Considering the comprehensive influence of the quality difference of recycled products on the cost of the whole process of recycling and remanufacturing, this paper takes the processing time required for the remanufacturing of recycled products as the quality level of recycled products, and constructs the functional relationships between the recycling cost, remanufacturing and carbon cost and processing time,respectively.(2)According to the different recycling subjects, based on the random quality and demand of recycled products, the remanufacturing production decision models of enterprises under the recycling mode of remanufacturer and retailer are proposed respectively. In each mode, the following three scenarios are studied for recycled products that are not remanufactured: Remanufacturers recycle this part of the recycling and bear processing costs without government subsidies;remanufacturers do not recover this part of recycled products and bear fines;remanufacturers recycle this part of the recycled goods and bear processing costs and have government recycling subsidies. At the same time, aiming at maximizing corporate profits, this paper builds centralized and decentralized decision-making models for each scenario and compares and analyzes the optimal decision results.(3)Numerical examples and parameter sensitivity analysis are carried out for the above models, and the results of different recycling modes and scenarios are compared. It is found that: centralized decision can bring more benefits to supply chain than decentralized decision, which is conducive to improving the recycling amount of waste products and the order quantity of remanufacturing products, and improving the profits of recycling enterprises, but it will damage the profits of non-recycling enterprises. Therefore, the upstream and downstream enterprises of the supply chain should strengthen communication and coordination to achieve a win-win situation.Raising the unit penalty cost will increase the remanufacturing rate of recycled products, but it will reduce the profits of enterprises and increase carbon emissions. The government can promote enterprises to abandon the recycling method of recycling only part of recycled products due to the loss of profits by increasing the penalty,so as to reduce the harm of waste products in the hands of users to the environment due to improper handling.Government recycling subsidies can improve supply chain profits and reduce carbon emissions, but too little subsidies can not improve the enthusiasm of enterprises to recover, too much subsidies will make enterprises blindly improve remanufacturing quality requirements, resulting in waste of resources, the government should be combined with the actual needs and conditions of the market environment to determine the appropriate value of subsidies. |
