In the 21st century,known as the era of precision medicine,stem cells play an important role.In theory,stem cells are a kind of cells that are not fully differentiated and mature,and have the potential function of regenerating various tissues,organs and human body.Medical circles call them "universal cells".Break throughs and advances in stem cell research have launched the third medical revolution.Many diseases that once required drugs,surgery and even chemotherapy are catching up with cell therapy.In recent years,scientific research in the field of stem cell has developed rapidly and has broad application prospects.This has brought unprecedented opportunities for the development of the stem cell storage industry,but the marketing strategy of the stem cell storage business is lacking.Based on the development trend of the stem cell industry at home and abroad and the stem cell-related businesses,including storage and application,this paper takes Shanxi Beike Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.as the research object,obtains the public’s understanding and attitude to the stem cell industry through questionnaire survey,analyzes the current situation of the stem cell business marketing of Shanxi Beike Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.,and analyzes the internal and external factors of the stem cell industry through macro and micro environment analysis and SWOT model,Analyze the opportunities and crises encountered in its development process,and explore its own advantages and disadvantages.According to the actual marketing situation and consumers’ cognition of the whole stem cell industry,the marketing market of Shanxi Beike is subdivided and positioned.Finally,the 4P strategy that is suitable for Shanxi Beike is formulated and effective and feasible marketing suggestions are put forward.Through this study,we hope to help Shanxi Beike analyze the current product marketing situation,and provide reference value for the formulation of marketing strategies through marketing environment analysis,market business segmentation,target market selection and marketing strategy optimization.
