With the development of 5G,communication,wireless network equipment and other electromagnetic devices will cause serious electromagnetic pollution and electromagnetic interference,which will not only affect the reliability of electronic equipment,but also produce harm to human health,so it is extremely urgent to develop lightweight,high-performance electromagnetic shielding protective packaging materials to reduce the interference and radiation of electromagnetic waves on the contents.The two-dimensional material MXene has great application prospects in the field of electromagnetic shielding because of its large specific surface area,high electrical conductivity,and abundant surface functional groups.In this paper,we construct lightweight aerogels based on single-layer or few-layer Ti3C2Tx nanosheets with graphene oxide(GO)and investigate their electromagnetic shielding properties.The main studies are as follows:(1)HCL-LiF etching was used to prepare Ti3C2Tx compared to 50℃ etching temperature,and the effect of etching temperature on the properties of the synthesized Ti3C2Tx nanosheets was investigated.The results showed that the etching of Al layer at 35℃ was more effective,and single-layer or few-layer Ti3C2Tx nanosheets with less defects and widths up to 3-5 μm were obtained.The electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the films prepared at the etching temperature of 35℃ can reach up to 67.2 dB,which is higher than that of the films prepared at the etching temperature of 50℃;therefore,the preferred etching temperature is 35℃.(2)GO was introduced into Ti3C2Tx,and the three-dimensional porous Ti3C2Tx/rGO composite aerogel was constructed by using the feature that GO sheet layers can easily form gel.and its density decreases with the increase of GO addition and the conductivity decreases.When the mass ratio of Ti3C2Tx/GO is 1:1,the density of the composite aerogel is 9.3 mg·cm-3 and the conductivity is 334 S·m-1,and its electromagnetic shielding efficiency in X-band is excellent,which can reach 46 dB.(3)The Ti3C2Tx/rGO/ZnCl2 composite aerogel was constructed by introducing zinc chloride into the Ti3C2Tx/rGO composite aerogel using grafting and grafting zinc ions onto the surface of the composite aerogel.When ZnCl2 was added at 0.005 mol,the obtained composite aerogel MGZn5 exhibited reversible compression,and the maximum compressive stress of MGZn5 at 50%strain could reach 13 kPa.the maximum electromagnetic shielding value of Ti3C2Tx/rGO/ZnCl2 composite aerogel could reach 54 dB at 12.4 Ghz,and the addition of ZnCl2 The electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of Ti3C2Tx/rGO composite aerogel was significantly improved after the addition of ZnCl2,and the electromagnetic wave absorption effectiveness was also improved by 25%,and the electromagnetic wave absorption performance of the composite aerogel was optimized.In this paper,composite aerogels with excellent EMI shielding properties were prepared using homemade Ti3C2Tx as a substrate and compounded with GO and metallic Zn ions.The related study provides an experimental basis and ideas for the development of low-cost and absorption-based multifunctional EMI shielding composite aerogels.
