As the global temperature rises year by year,it has caused serious impact on the natural distribution of natural systems and species;In order to cope with the negative impact of global temperature rise,countries and many industries have taken policy calls and control measures.The urban sewage treatment system is a non-negligible factor of global temperature rise,and the direct or indirect carbon emission in the sewage treatment process is one of the main reasons for the global temperature rise caused by the urban sewage treatment system.Therefore,the carbon emissions of the sewage treatment industry cannot be ignored,and should be the top priority of energy conservation and emission reduction.The premise of energy conservation and emission reduction is to accurately calculate the carbon emissions of the sewage treatment industry;In order to accurately and efficiently calculate the carbon emission of sewage treatment process,this paper combines the carbon emission prediction model of sewage treatment process with digital information network to build a carbon emission accounting platform for sewage treatment process.The carbon emission platform of sewage treatment process is built based on the specific analysis of carbon emission sources of sewage treatment proces s and the research of biochemical reaction equations in sewage treatment process;After determining the carbon emission prediction model of sewage treatment process,build the carbon emission accounting platform of sewage treatment process based on Python(3.9.13)programming language and Django(3.2.12)web framework and version.After the establishment of the carbon emission accounting platform,the carbon emissions of A2O process,AO process and anaerobic sewage treatment process in small scale(20000tons/d),medium scale(250000 tons/d)and large scale(1 million tons/d)will be accounted for,and the carbon emissions of sludge produced under different treatment and disposal methods will also be accounted for.The carbon emission accounting platform of the sewage treatment process is applied to analyze the accounting results of three common sewage treatment processes.The main conclusions are as follows:1)The total carbon emissions of AO process,A2O process and anaerobic biological treatment process all increase with the increase of sewage treatment scale.However,in comparison,no matter whether the CH4 generated by anaerobic biological treatment process is recovered or not and the treatment scale is arbitrarily selected,the total carbon emissions of AO process and A2O process are relatively small,with the advantage of low carbon emissions.2)When the treatment scale of the sewage treatment plant is small-scale(20000tons/d)and medium-scale(250000 tons/d),the sewage treatment process selects A2O process and the sludge treatment method chooses sludge incineration.The sewage treatment plant will have some advantages in low carbon emissions,and its carbon emissions per unit of sewage are 0.627 kg CO2/m3 and 0.379 kg CO2/m3 respectively.For a large scale(1 million tons/d)sewage treatment plant,the use of AO process and sludge incineration will have the advantage of low carbon emission,and the carbon emission per unit of sewage is 0.326 kg CO2/m3.3)For the anaerobic biological treatment process,when CH4 is recovered,its carbon emissions are greatly reduced,which is beneficial to the energy conservation and emission reduction of the sewage treatment plant.When CH 4 is recovered and sludge treatment and disposal method is incineration,the carbon emissio ns per unit of sewage volume of anaerobic biological treatment process at small scale(20000 tons/d),medium scale(250000 tons/d)and large scale(1 million tons/d)are 0.869 kg CO 2/m3,0.670 kg CO2/m3 and 0.678 kg CO2/m3 respectively.4)Under the same treatment scale and the same sewage treatment process,the sludge disposal method of incineration is the lowest carbon emission compared with sludge landfill and sludge compost;It has made certain contribution to low carbon emission of sewage treatment industry.
