As the economy developed,the mechanical industry has more and more influence on the whole manufacturing industry.Large-scale mechanization is the future trend in manufacturing.In order to improve the reliability of machine tool machining accuracy and solve the problem of highly nonlinear machine tool structure complex function,a general precision design method is proposed.The error model of machine tool is constructed based on exponential product theory,and the reliability model of machining accuracy and reliability sensitivity analysis model of machine tool were constructed based on the first order second moment method of neural network.Finally,the geometric error parameters of each component of machine tool are adjusted according to the sensitivity analysis results,and the machining accuracy reliability of machine tool is finally improved.This article mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Introduced the basic theory of reliability,summarized the basic establishment process of reliability model.Focuses on describing the basic concept of functional function of structural reliability,and analyzes the basic form of function with examples.This paper introduces the common analysis methods of reliability,and analyzes the application of different methods from the aspect of production and application.(2)The error modeling method based on exponential product theory is proposed.Compared with the modeling method of multi-body system and the differential kinematic relation modeling method,the modeling process of this method is clear and the calculation amount is small.Established the ideal model on the basis of the spinor theory,then establishes the exponential matrix of the basic geometric error term and the verticality error,multiply the exponential matrix according to the topological structure of machine tool,and finally obtains the comprehensive error model.It provides the basis for solving the limit state function.In addition,the modeling process for complex machine tool rotation axes is supplemented to make the modeling more perfect.(3)Introduced the reliability analysis of machining accuracy.Firstly,the basic theory of artificial neural network is introduced.This method simulates real function by learning and modifying the weight matrix.Since the structure function used in this paper is complex,a new form of response function is established by analyzing the previous functional function.The machining accuracy reliability of machine tool was calculated by applying the first-order second-moment method to the neural network algorithm,used the simulation software Matlab.(4)The basic theory of error compensation and two precision optimization methods of error sensitivity analysis and cost error model are introduced.Taking the three-axis machine tool as an example,the error modeling is used to analyze the reliability,and the sensitivity analysis method is used to optimize and adjust the machine tool whose machining accuracy reliability is not up to the design requirements.Finally,the reliability is improved and the design objectives are met.The results show that the proposed method is efficient and feasible,and has some engineering theoretical value in practical production.
