| For the sake of length the employ life of the pipeline to keep off the safety accident and great property loss caused by erosion and perforation of the inner bend of the pipe,the grinding block is used to polish the interior surface of the pipeline,and it can enhance the surface finish of the inside walls of the multi-curvature pipe,bring down the surface roughness of the inside surface and ameliorate the anti-rust ability of the inner surface.In this paper,the uniformity of the inner wall polishing of multi-curvature curved pipe is studied.Firstly,a series of formulas such as the grinding block parameter formula and the whole bending property of the device are derived.The structure,mounting and polishing device of the grinding block were redesigned to ensure the smooth grinding process,and to avoid the uneven grinding area caused by fluctuations or dead corners.The grinding block model established by Abaqus was used to simulate the polishing effect of the inner wall of multi-curvature curved pipe to compare and study the polishing uniformity.The content of the paper and the main work completed are described as follows:Firstly,the contour parameter formula of the grinding block is derived.The concave arc radius of the grinding block is r1=104.98 mm and the convex arc radius is r2=129.69 mm,and the central Angle isδ1=2.47°andδ2=5.86°,respectively.Preparation for subsequent related polishing device design.Secondly,the structure of the grinding block is redesigned:And the outline of grinding block is determined.Which the appliance of polishing was redesigned.The grinding block carrying device was redesigned so that it could automatically switch the working state during the grinding feed and exit,that is,the positioning press during feed and the release contact during exit.The main body of the device is redesigned,so as to realize the synchronous adjustment of the grinding block,to ensure the neutrality of the device in the pipeline and through the non-circular section,so as to ensure the uniform grinding.Finally,the grinding block model was established with Solidworks and imported into Abaqus for simulation.Three groups of simulation tests were set respectively at 45°,90°and 180°.Within the range of selected values determined by simulation,the pressure value with good polishing uniformity was 110 0 N.On this basis,the effect of cutting speed on polishing uniformity and grinding force of 45°pipeline is simulated.The results show that the depth of cutting and the homogeneity of polishing are positively correlated with the cutting speed,and the cutting speed has the greatest influence on the depth of cutting of the inner side with inner wall of bend pipe.Fn and Ft outside 45°pipe are positively correlated with cutting rate,and Ft≥Fn.The maximum instantaneous grinding force Fmax is the minimum when the cutting speed is 7.5 m/s.In order to reduce the fluctuation and grinding force of the grinding block,the cutting speed should be 7.5 m/s. |
