Propyl P-hydroxybenzoate(PP)is an important ester-type preservative widely used in food,beverage,cosmetics,pharmaceuticals,etc.It has the advantages of significant effect,simple method and small investment in equipment,etc.The safety of PP should be given top priority when using it,and the dosage should be strictly controlled in terms of economy and toxicity,etc.Due to its unique nature as a new type of preservative,its most serious disadvantage is that it has poor solubility in water and often needs to be used after being dissolved in alcohol.These problems greatly affect the use of this preservative in actual production.Vegetable oil-based surfactants are green surfactants prepared from natural raw materials through simple chemical reactions,which are less irritating to humans and easily biodegradable.The interaction between vegetable oil-based surfactants and PP can enhance the solubility,safety and degradability of PP in water.Therefore,studying the interaction between vegetable oil-based surfactants and PP can provide an important theoretical basis for the scientific and rational use of PP.Based on this,this thesis uses the solubilization properties of surfactants to study the interaction behavior of surfactants with PP,providing an important theoretical basis for better performance of the anti-corrosion effect of PP.The results showed that the plant oil-based polyether sulfate surfactant could effectively solubilize PP and promote the solubilization of PP in alcohol and inorganic salt and inorganic salt-glycerol mixed solution.(1)Firstly,anionic surfactant plant oleyl polyether sulfate(ZYS),sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(HNOS)and non-ionic surfactant fatty acid diethanolamine(CHCO)were prepared in water,alcohol(glycerol,ethylene glycol,n-propyl alcohol and 1,The solubilization behavior of PP in 2 propylene glycol,inorganic salt and inorganic salt-glycerol mixed solution was studied.The experimental results showed that the three kinds of plant oil-based surfactants all had good solubility for PP,and the solubility of alcohol,inorganic salt and inorganic salt-glycerol mixed solution was better of the corresponding surfactant aqueous solution,among which 18.4 g L-1glycerol had the best solubility for PP.The concentration of PP reached 0.0134 g L-1,0.0224 g L-1and0.0136 g L-1,respectively.The mixed solution of 11.6 g L-1Na Cl-18.4 g L-1glycerol also played a solubilizing effect on PP,and the concentration of PP was 1.4 times,1.31times and 2.15 times of the aqueous solution,respectively.(2)Secondly,HNOS and CHCO were mixed with ZYS in proportion,respectively,and the solubilizing ability of ZYS/CHCO and ZYS/HNOS,hybrid systems on PP,was investigated.The solubilizing parameters of PP by ZYS/CHCO and ZYS/HNOS hybrid systems were determined in various aspects.On this basis,I continued to study the mixing system in water,alcohol,inorganic salts and inorganic salt-glycerol mixed solution of PP solubilization experiment,investigating the effect of various mixing systems on PP solubilization.In the hybrid system of ZYS/CHCO and ZYS/HNOS surfactants,the solubilization effect of ZYS/CHCO on PP was not obvious.Under the optimal mixing ratio(3:7)condition,15.2 g L-11,2 propylene glycol and 5.8 g L-1Na Cl solution had the best solubilization effect on PP.The solubility of PP reached 0.0129 g L-1and 0.0130 g L-1,respectively.Compared with ZYS/CHCO hybrid system,ZYS/HNOS hybrid system had a better solubilization effect on PP when the mixing ratio was 3:7,and both alcohol and inorganic salt could greatly improve the solubilization content of PP.Under the action of 18.4 g L-1glycerol and 5.8 g L-1Na Cl-9.2 g L-1glycerol,the solubility of PP increased to 0.0147 g L-1and 0.0130 g L-1,respectively.It can be seen that different concentrations of hard water will affect the solubilization properties of surfactants.ZYS has a good resistance to hard water,and it still has a good solubilization ability for PP under the condition of high hardness water.Finally,in order to simulate the effect of water on the solubilization of surfactant in real environment,the solubilization performance of surfactant on PP in complex environment can be deeply understood,providing theoretical basis for practical use.This study referred to two washing formulations containing ZYS surfactants(PTA and NAS),both of which have varying degrees of solubilization ability for PP in aqueous and hard aqueous solutions.It can be seen that different concentrations of hard water will affect the solubilization properties of surfactants.ZYS has a good resistance to hard water,and it still has a good solubilization ability for PP under the condition of high hardness water.This paper studied the interaction behavior and influencing factors of plant oil-based polyether sulfate surfactants(ZYS)and traditional surfactants(CHCO,HNOS)on PP and the solubilization effect of ZYS/CHCO and ZYS/HNOS mixed systems on PP was further discussed.The results showed that ZYS,CHCO and HNOS,and ZYS/CHCO and ZYS/HNOS hybrid systems had a solubilizing effect on PP in water,alcohol,inorganic salts and inorganic salt-glycerol solution within the concentration range.And the two washing formulas containing ZYS also have better solubilization effects in hard water.This study provides an important theoretical basis for the interaction between plant oil-based surfactants and PP to play the anticorrosive effect of PP better.
