As the most widely used desulfurization method at present,wet flue gas desulfurization technology has the advantages of high desulfurization efficiency and mature process.As an important part,pulping system undertakes the work of grinding limestone particles and storing qualified slurry.The pulping system involves the control and cooperation between a variety of equipments and materials,with complex parameter ratio,serious system coupling and large energy consumption.Therefore,how to evaluate the energy efficiency of the whole pulping system in real time and accurately,provide guidance for field staff to adjust parameters and improve the economy of power plant operation has become a matter of concern.In view of the above contents,a set of real-time evaluation method of pulping system energy efficiency is proposed.Based on the real-time data in the operation process,the real-time evaluation of system energy consumption and work efficiency is realized.For some important parameters that are difficult to measure,the real-time detection is realized by soft measurement method.This paper mainly completes the research work in the following aspects:1.The research principle and application scope of different energy efficiency evaluation methods are compared,and the latest energy efficiency evaluation methods are determined.2.The indexes affecting the energy efficiency evaluation of pulping system are analyzed in detail.According to the coupling relationship between each index,experiments under different working conditions are designed and various data are collected.3.For three important parameters in the energy efficiency evaluation index of pulping system that are difficult to measure,their respective soft measurement models are established: the soft measurement model of energy consumption of pulping system is established by using improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize BP neural network;Through the principal component analysis of independent variables,the soft measurement of particle fineness of finished slurry is realized;A soft measurement model of finished slurry density based on Markov chain residual correction is designed.Combined with the data collected in the field,the three models are tested.The experimental results shows that the soft measurement models of the three models meet the requirements of field use.4.Based on the soft measurement of difficult data,the hierarchical structure of energy efficiency evaluation index is obtained according to the a nalytic hierarchy process.Combined with the weight calculation of entropy weight method and referring to the principle of benefit cost method,the real-time evaluation method of energy efficiency of pulping system is constructed.Through the analysis and comparison of the evaluation results,it is concluded that the evaluation results of the ratio method are more suitable for the field practice than the entropy weight method.
