Under the general trend of energy transformation,the energy consumption structure will shift to renewable energy,which will impact China’s energy industry,but in the foreseeable period of time,traditional fossil energy will still occupy a dominant position in China’s energy structure.In order to ensure national energy security and solve the problem of high dependence on foreign oil,China’s offshore oil exploration and exploitation scale has been increasing year by year,making offshore oil and gas production a new driving force for China’s energy development.Limited by the offshore production environment,the only power for offshore oil and gas production comes from the offshore oilfield power system,which has a significant impact on oil and gas production.In recent years,the power system of offshore oil fields has suffered frequent faults,and the reliability of the power supply is far lower than that of the land power grid,which has caused serious economic losses to oil and gas production of offshore platforms,and also brought huge hidden dangers to the staff.In order to find the weak links affecting the reliable operation of the offshore oilfield power grid,improve the power supply reliability of the system and ensure the safe production of offshore oil and gas,this paper studies and analyzes the operation reliability of offshore oilfield power system based on historical fault data.The paper will be developed from the following aspects:Firstly,the research on power system reliability assessment is described.This paper introduces the component outage model,reliability evaluation method and evaluation index system,which provides the theoretical basis for reliability analysis of offshore oilfield power system.Secondly,the historical fault data of offshore oilfield power system in recent ten years are analyzed.This paper introduces the characteristics of the historical fault data of the offshore oilfield power system,and studies the failure modes and influencing factors of the oilfield power grid electrical equipment based on the fault analysis method of knowledge graph,which provides an idea for the reliability modeling of components.The typical accident chains of network crash events in historical faults are extracted and the key factors affecting the development of network outage events are analyzed.Then,a time-varying failure rate calculation method for electrical equipment is proposed.The basic failure model of electrical equipment is established considering the interaction of equipment and components.The basic failure model is modified by considering the influencing factors such as the operating life and maintenance strategy of equipment components.According to the proposed calculation process of equipment timevarying failure rate,various reliability parameters of electrical equipment are obtained through the solution.Finally,a reliability evaluation method combining static and transient stability simulation with main relay protection failure is proposed.A simulation scenario and method considering protection and refusal to act are designed,and the reliability index of the system is calculated based on the simulation results.According to the analysis results,the corresponding reliability improvement measures were proposed and the effectiveness verified. |
