Research On The Cooperative Effect Of Sci-tech Financial Ecology From The Provincial Perspective

While the economic strength has achieved a historic leap,our country is also facing the problems such as unbalanced and inadequate development and weak ability of scientific and technological innovation.The 20 th Report pointed out that it is necessary to promote the deep integration of innovation,industry,capital and talent,establish a virtuous cycle of finance,science and technology and industry,emphasize the coordinated development of related subjects of science and technology finance and the environment in which science and technology finance are located,and establish a good science and technology finance ecology.However,at present,there are some problems such as inter-regional and interregional non-synergy in China’s sci-tech finance ecology.Based on the domestic and foreign related literature on the sci-tech finance ecology,this paper expounds the related concepts,theoretical basis and operating mechanism of the synergistic effect of the sci-tech finance ecology,analyzes the development status of the sci-tech finance ecology in our country,and constructs the sci-tech finance ecology subject index system composed of six indexes and the sci-tech finance ecology environment index system composed of seven indexes.The entropy method is used to calculate the development level of science,technology and finance ecology in China from 2001 to 2020 at the provincial level,and then it is calculated according to the synergy degree model and analyzed from the perspective of time and space.The following five conclusions are drawn: first,the development level of the main body of the sci-tech finance ecological environment and the sci-tech finance ecological environment presents a spatial pattern of "high in the east and low in the west,high in the south and low in the north";Second,the degree of coordination between the main body of the sci-tech finance ecology and the sci-tech finance ecology environment shows a trend of increasing gradually;Third,the degree of coordination between the main body of the scitech finance ecological environment and the sci-tech finance ecological environment also presents the characteristics of "high in the east and low in the west,high in the south and low in the north".Fourthly,there is spatial agglomeration in the coordination degree between the main body of sci-tech finance ecology and the ecological environment of scitech finance,which is mostly "high" agglomeration and "low" agglomeration.Fifth,the synergy degree between China’s sci-tech finance ecological subject and sci-tech finance ecological environment is characterized by regional imbalance,slow growth in areas with low synergy degree,and weak spatial correlation of synergy degree.Based on this,this paper puts forward strategic suggestions from four aspects: improving the sci-tech financial ecology,attaching importance to the development of backward regions,promoting the coordinated development of regions,and strengthening guidance and supervision.
