The solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber/silica composites are widely used in the manufacture of "green tire" tread because of their excellent performance,and the resin can improve the processing performance when applied in the tread.At present,it has been found that resins can regulate viscoelasticity,but there are serious deficiencies in balancing the "magic triangle" performance of the tread(wet skid resistance,rolling resistance,and wear).In this paper,solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber/silica/performance resin nanocomposites were prepared,the action mechanism of resins was described,and the regulatory relationship between resin structure and viscoelasticity was revealed.The main research work is as follows:In this paper,five different resins(383 resin,C9 resin,C5/C9 resin,DCPD resin,PS resin)were selected as research objects to explore the effects of different resins on the properties of rubber composites.Firstly,the structure of 383 resin was determined,which was hydrogenated C9 resin.Compared with other resins,the 383 resin reinforced rubber composite has high crosslinking density and excellent mechanical properties.The 100% and 300%modulus are significantly increased,which not only improves the wear resistance,but also reduces the rolling resistance and improves the slippery resistance,which solves the "magic triangle" problem well.The effects of different proportions of 383 resin and treated distillate aromatic extract(TDAE),different amounts of 383 resin and natural rubber on the properties of dissolved polystyrene butadiene rubber/silica composites were studied.It was found that 383 resin needed to be used with TDAE to produce the best effect.The effect of 383 resin dosage on the properties of rubber composites was tested under the condition of 10 phr TDAE,and the optimal amount of 383 resin was determined.The mechanical properties were negatively correlated with the amount of resin,and the wet skid resistance were positively correlated with the amount of resin.The loss factor at 0℃increased from 0.88 to 1.18,increasing by 34%.The wear resistance was positively correlated with the resin dosage,and the Akron wear performance increased by 43%.Natural rubber has little effect on the dynamic and static properties of composite materials,but it can shorten the vulcanization time,improve the vulcanization efficiency,improve the processing properties of rubber,which is conducive to the preparation of subsequent tires.The tire wear testing machine independently developed by the laboratory was used to study the wear mechanism,and the influence law of different structural resins on the wear amount of rubber composites,the particle size distribution of rubber debris and the surface morphology was explored.The results show that the resin can improve the wear property of the rubber composite by 30% compared with that of the composites without resin,and the quality of PM10 pollutants produced by the rubber composite with resin is reduced under the same wear mileage.With the increasing of rubber wear particles,the wear debris morphology changes from granular rubber debris to curly rod shaped rubber debris.The rubber composites with DCPD resin and383 resin have the lowest wear,and the crimping degree of the rubber rubber wear debris is also lower. |
