| In today’s world,energy consumption issues is serious,among which the building energy consumption accounts for 40% of the total energy consumption.Thermal insulation coatings can effectively solve the problem of building energy consumption.In this paper,a kind of mastic waterborne building thermal insulation coating was prepared: silicon propylene emulsion as the film forming material,hollow glass microspheres and nano silicon dioxide aerogel and potassium hexatitanate whiskers as functional filler,supplemented by various additives.The research contents of this paper are described as follows:1、The preparation of thermal insulation coatings and its thermal insulation performance are studied.It was found that when the addition of dispersant D501 relative to the aerogel is 100% and the defoaming agent is NOPCO 1370,the silica aerogel slurry is prepared by vacuum pumping which has the least bubble.GS20 hollow glass microspheres with medium particle size(particle size is 60 μm)were selected as fillers for thermal insulating coatings.When the added amount of GS20 relative to the emulsion is 56.25%,the GS20 hollow microspheres inside the coatings are tightly arranged to form a rigid skeleton,the film forming material binds the hollow microspheres,the silica aerogel and whiskers can fill the gap between the ball and the ball effectively.At this time,the comprehensive performance of the coatings is the best.In summary,we have prepared a high-performance interior wall thermal insulation coating.2 、 The optimization of flame retardant performance of thermal insulation coatings is studied.Through the screening of flame retardant additives,it is found that when the addition amount of three-component flame retardant(ammonium polyphosphate,melamine and pentaerythritol)relative to the emulsion solid content was 32%,the shortest continuous combustion time of the sample was 30 s.On this basis,two times of vacuum pumping can reduce the concentration of oxygen inside the coatings and reduce the continuous combustion time to 23 s.In the range of 50% ~ 62.5% of the GS20 addition relative to the emulsion,the change of GS20 addition amount did not significantly improve the continuous combustion time of the sample,because the rigid and dense structure inside the coatings limits the effect of the expansion flame retardant.When C8-MAH hollow microspheres prepared from aromatics mixture is mixed with GS20 hollow microspheres,the content of C8-MAH was75%,the continuous combustion time of samples can reduce to 3 s.However,because the specific surface area of C8-MAH with a particle size of 1 micron is too large,the volume shrinkage rate of the coatings is too high to maintain the performance of the coatings.However,the addition of flame retardants did not have a significant impact on the insulation performance of the insulation coating.Overall,a coating with excellent insulation and flame retardancy has been prepared. |
