Rotating packed bed is a typical equipment representative of chemical process enhancement technology,and it is one of the most effective equipment to enhance mass transfer at present.It has the advantages of high mass transfer efficiency,low energy consumption and small volume.It has a wide application prospect in the field of green transformation and low-carbon development in the petrochemical industry.During the working process of the rotating packed bed,the unreactants and reaction products of the material will continue to adhere to the rotor screen packing,causing unbalanced vibration of the rotor,resulting in damage to the equipment and material leakage,which has been restricting the long-term operation and large-scale application process of the hypergravity reactor.The application of magnetic levitation technology is a major direction to solve mechanical friction and component wear.Taking the rotating packed bed as the research object,this paper studies the design and simulation of the structure and control system of the rotating packed bed: Firstly,the structure and reaction principle of magnetic levitation spherical rotor rotating packed bed are put forward,and the design method of magnetic levitation spherical rotor rotating packed bed is explained based on the preparation of light magnesium carbonate by magnesite carbonization method.Secondly,the electromagnetic control system,rotor control method,and reaction process monitoring system of magnetic levitation spherical rotor rotating packed bed are established.Finally,the suspension drive magnetic field,rotation drive magnetic field and suspension rotation drive superposition magnetic field of rotor-coil system are analyzed by ANSYS Maxwell software.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Structural design method of rotating packed bed for magnetic levitation spherical rotor: The basic types,structure and working principle of rotating packed bed were studied.According to the technological process of preparing light magnesium carbonate by carbonization of magnesite ore and the intrinsically safe design method,the structure of magnetic levitation spherical rotor rotating packed bed is designed,which fundamentally changes the structure of traditional rotating packed bed rotor.(2)Design of electromagnetic control system and rotor control method for magnetic spherical rotor rotating packed bed: The electromagnetic control system of magnetic levitation spherical rotor rotating packed bed is constructed and its control scheme is designed.The rotor control method of magnetic levitation spherical rotor rotating packed bed is proposed,and the suspension and rotation control mechanism of spherical rotor is established.Through the joint response of various components of the electromagnetic control system,the rotor is suspended and rotated without contact in the reactor shell,and the spherical center of the rotor is always on the axis of the reactor.This will realize the unbalanced control of the rotor from normal rotation to imbalance and then to the restoration of balance,and maintain the stable operation of the hypergravity reactor.The reaction process monitoring system of magnetic levitation spherical rotor rotating packed bed is constructed,which is convenient for control,data management and process monitoring.(3)Finite element simulation analysis of rotor-coil system of rotating packed bed with magnetic levitation spherical rotor: The rotor-coil system model is constructed in ANSYS Maxwell,and the simulation parameters are set.The suspension driving magnetic field,rotating driving magnetic field and suspension rotating driving superimposed magnetic field of the rotor-coil system are analyzed.Through the analysis,it is proved that the structure,electromagnetic control system and suspension rotation control method of the magnetic levitation spherical rotor rotating packed bed are reasonable,which lays a foundation for optimizing the structure and electromagnetic control system of the rotating packed bed.
