Quantum dot display has the characteristics of concentrated spectral energy and pure color.Quantum dot display have an NTSC color gamut of more than 110%.As a result,the images of quantum dot display are more realistic and delicate,and the visual information transmitted by quantum dot display is more accurate.It is the forefront of the new display.In this paper,the preparation of Cu-In-Zn-S(CIZS)quantum dots and the application properties of photodiffusion film materials by higee are studied.The innovations points and research contents are as follows:(1)Green CIZS@ZnS quantum dots were prepared by thermal injection method,and the effects of precursor ratio,reaction temperature and ligand ratio of quantum dots were investigated.It is found that green CIZS@ZnS quantum dots prepared by continuous injection of Zn sources with CuI,Zn(Ac)2and InCl3as precursors have the best performance at 150-250℃,and the PL QY is 80-84%.(2)Red CIZS@ZnS quantum dots were prepared by regulating the growth mode of ZnS shell.The results show that the red quantum dot prepared with CuI,ZnCl2and InCl3as precursors have the best performance when CIZS quantum dots are injected into Zn source at 250℃,and the PL QY is 90-93%.(3)Polydimethylsiloxane/CIZS@ZnS composite membrane was prepared by strengthening the coupling of quantum dots with poly maleic anhydride(PSMA)in a rotating packed bed(RPB)reactor under high gravity,and the quantum dots were uniformly dispersed in the membrane.The transmittance of the membrane material is more than 90%in visible band.(4)A novel color enhancement method based on polymer/quantum dot/scattered particle ternary composite of quantum dot luminous film was designed.Nano-zirconia particles modified by PSMA were prepared by high gravity method and added into the quantum dot luminescent film as light diffusion particles.The principle of color enhancement of CIZS@ZnS quantum dots was investigated.This study show that Zr O2@OA-PSMA can increase the PL intensity of the quantum dot film by 100-110%,and the visible light transmittance is more than 90%.LED devices and Micro-LED concept products have been prepared by using the above ternary composite quantum dot light-emitting film materials,showing a good application prospect.
