The high temperature and high humidity thermal environment under deep mines not only seriously affects the work efficiency of workers and the economic efficiency of enterprises,but also has a great impact on workers’ health and safe production.In order to prevent the personal safety of workers from being damaged and to improve work efficiency and economic efficiency,cooling clothing is gradually applied to the high-temperature heat-hazard environment.Mine ventilation clothing is a kind of individual protective cooling clothing,which has the advantages of easy to use,low production cost and good effect.At present,most of the research results on mining ventilation clothing focus on clothing structure and comfort,and there are few studies on clothing materials,while the breathability and moisture permeability of clothing materials have a great impact on the cooling effect of clothing,good breathability and moisture permeability promote the distribution of body heat,can avoid the collection of sweat on the skin surface,which is conducive to evaporative heat dissipation and convective heat transfer.In order to further improve the cooling effect of mining ventilation clothing,this paper uses numerical simulation and experimental research as the research means to derive relevant data and compare and analyze the two to explore the influence of clothing materials of mining ventilation clothing on skin temperature and microclimate,so as to provide a basis for subsequent research.The main research work of this paper is as follows.(1)The heat transfer theory of the mining ventilation suit is analyzed,the theory of human body heat balance equation,the basic theory of heat transfer,and the cooling mechanism of the mining ventilation suit are analyzed to make theoretical support for the subsequent research.(2)A three-dimensional physical model of the dressed human mining ventilation suit was established and numerical simulation analysis was performed.The results show that the skin temperature and microenvironmental temperature of the human body rise gradually as the labor intensity increases and the ambient temperature rises.The ventilation volume has a certain influence on the skin temperature of human body,and the skin temperature of human body decreases to a certain extent with the increase of ventilation volume.The relationship between the skin temperature and the microenvironmental temperature of the three models under the same working condition are modal fiber type < cotton type < silicone type,that is,the cooling effect is modal fiber type > cotton type > silicone type.(3)The three-dimensional physical model was physicalized and the real person was trained to conduct the test.It was found that the average reduction of skin temperature after wearing the three types of mining ventilation clothing was about 2℃,1.5℃ and 1℃,and the cooling effect was modal fiber type > cotton type > silica gel type,which was consistent with the simulation.Microclimate temperature and humidity reduction,humidity within the microenvironment cotton type > modal fiber type > silicone type,temperature within the microenvironment modal fiber type < cotton type < silicone type,the subjective evaluation results of cotton type and modal fiber type thermal comfort than silicone type,the evaluation results of the three blowing sensation is consistent.(4)Through the comparative analysis of simulation and test data,it is found that the skin temperature and microenvironment temperature measured by the test and the errors obtained by the simulation are within an acceptable range,and the changes with the environmental temperature,labor intensity,and clothing materials are the same,and the test and simulation results are consistent.good.There are differences and the reasons are as follows:(1)The effect of changing the ventilation volume on the test results of human skin temperature is smaller than that of the simulation results.This is mainly because the simulation is in an ideal state and the pipeline system operates normally,while the test is affected by the movement posture and laboratory conditions.and other effects,the pipeline airflow is restricted.(2)The wind speed obtained from the simulation is quite different from the wind speed measured by the test,mainly because the wind speed sensor will be blown directly by the wind current during the test measurement data,which will cause the data to be too large,and the data obtained during the simulation is the weighted average of the area in which it is located.
