Involute beveloid gear is a special form of involute gear.The coefficient of displacement of the gear tooth section changes linearly,and the tooth thickness also changes linearly.Similar to bevel gears,it has a certain cone angle,so it can achieve Various forms of transmission such as parallel shafts,intersecting shafts and staggered shafts.The use of involute beveloid gear pair transmission has the advantages of high transmission precision,compact structure,and suitable for high-speed transmission.When the involute beveloid gear pair is composed of staggered shafts or intersecting shafts,by selecting reasonable gear design parameters,the gear pair can achieve a contact form similar to line contact,which is superior to other involute helical gears;when When for ming parallel shafts,the involute beveloid gear pair can adjust the backlash through axial movement without changing the center distance between the two gears,which can reduce the backlash,reduce vibration,and show its unique characteristics.advantage.Therefore,the involute beveloid gear has a good application prospect in engineering production,but there is little research on its actual processing in China,and the application and promotion of the involute variable tooth thickness gear in China may be limited.In view of this,the dissertation studies the CNC grinding of involute variable tooth thickness gears.The research content of the dissertation is as follows:(1)Derive the tooth surface equation of the involute beveloid gear and the generation grinding principle of the involute beveloid gear.Firstly,according to the forming principle and gear meshing principle of the involute beveloid gear combined with the coordinate transformation theory,the tooth surface equation of the involute beveloid gear is deduced,and the three-dimensional model of the involute beveloid gear is established.Secondly,the processing process and processing principle of conical grinding wheel generation and grinding of involute beveloid gears are analyzed.The tooth surface equation of the processed gear workpiece provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent research on the generation and grinding of involute beveloid gears.(2)Machine tool structure improvement and automatic programming development.First of all,in view of the shortcomings of the traditional conical surface grinding wheel gear grinding machine for processing involute beveloid gears,the layout scheme of the traditional CNC conical surface grinding wheel gear grinding machine is improved.Secondly,according to the layout plan of the machine tool,the kinematic transformation of the conical grinding wheel gear grinding machine is deduced by using the homogeneous coordinate transformation method,and the transformation relationship between the workpiece coordinate system and the machine tool coordinate system is obtained,which is the involute beveloid gear generation.Grinding machining automatic programming provides theoretical support and develops automatic programming system.(3)Machining simulation and error analysis based on VERICUT simulation platform.Firstly,the generation grinding simulation of the involute gear with variable tooth thickness is carried out,which verifies the rationality of the layout of the improved NC cone grinding gear grinding machine and the correctness of the machining program generated by the automatic programming system.Secondly,the influence of the position deviation of the con ical grinding wheel on the tooth profile error of the processed involute beveloid gear during the processing is analyzed,which provides a theoretical reference for the adjustment of the grinding wheel installation parameters in the actual processing.(4)Carry out the generation grinding experiment of the involute beveloid gear and analyze the experimental results.First of all,the actual processing of involute beveloid gear generation grinding is carried out on the CNC conical grinding wheel gear grinding machine to verify the correctness of the simulation processing.Secondly,the error detection of the processed involute beveloid gear is carried out,and the point cloud model of the involute beveloid gear is compared with the design theoretical model,and the rationality of the involute generation grinding method is further verified.and correctness.Through the above research,it provides theoretical support for the research on the generation and grinding of involute beveloid gears.The correctness provides a reference for the development and application of the involute beveloid gear.
