In order to meet the national supply-side reform,energy consumption "double control" and "double carbon" policy promotion,efficient and low-consumption,green environmental protection of production technology research and development is the key direction of the transformation and upgrading of the electrolytic aluminum industry.In recent years,large-scale pre-baked electrolyzers have developed vigorously,and the geometry,bus configuration,and inlet discharge mode of the electrolyzer have changed greatly,and the study of the current efficiency of the electrolyzer is rare.This study is based on the current efficiency of a 400 kA electrolyzer of an aluminum company of 92.7%,and the direct current consumption of 13114kWh/t aluminum,which is a large gap in economic indicators of the same trough type as other enterprises.The effect of tank temperature,two levels,pole spacing,working voltage,alumina concentration,molecular ratio and other parameters on the current efficiency was studied by experimental comparison;Univariate experiments were performed to obtain the optimal range of each parameter;Study the interaction between parameters,strengthen the quality of operation and management,and adopt slotted anode,new steel claw,cathode phosphorus pig iron pouring technology to improve the effective utilization rate of voltage and realize efficient and low-consumption production of electrolytic cells.The best technical conditions obtained by the test are:aluminum level is 20-24 cm,electrolyte level is 18-20 cm,molecular ratio 2.2-2.4,slot average working voltage is about 3.95 V,pole distance3.8-4.2cm,current efficiency is increased from 92.7% to 93.11%,276 slots produce 1331 tons of aluminum per year,DC power consumption drops from 13114kWh/t aluminum to12914kWh/t aluminum,reducing 200kWht/aluminum,calculated by 0.45 yuan/kWh,The electricity consumption cost of tons of aluminum is reduced by 90 yuan,and the annual electricity consumption cost is saved by 27.2 million yuan.The results are applied to the continuous optimization and adjustment of production practice,and after half a year of production operation verification,the production is stable and the results are feasible.It has achieved the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency,narrowed the gap between the same trough type as other enterprises in economic indicators,and helped the high-quality development of enterprises.
