In recent years,the problem of air pollution has become increasingly serious.With the improvement of the requirements of the new environmental protection law"Emission Standards for Pollutants from Copper,Nickel and Cobalt Industries",the emptied SO2flue gas produced by Jinchuan Group Company in the smelting process does not meet the corresponding emission standards.Therefore,it is an urgent problem for the company to achieve standard emission by desulphurization.The thesis first describes the development of various flue gas desulfurization processes at home and abroad,through the analysis and comparison of the technical performance and characteristics of each desulfurization process,based on the actual situation,The researcher determines the application of magnesium oxide desulfurization process.At the same time,the principle of the process and related supporting devices are described,and the relevant electrical equipment and testing instruments are selected.Secondly,in order to reduce the production cost and improve the desulfurization efficiency of the system,the mathematical model of desulfurization efficiency is established and the corresponding control scheme is proposed.The feasibility and effectiveness of the control scheme are verified by simulation.Focusing on the production process of magnesium oxide desulfurization,this thesis studies and designs an automatic control system based on Siemens S7-300 series PLC.Simatic Step 7 V5.5 professional programming software is used to program and design the hardware structure,control program and system communication in PLC control.In Win CC configuration software,the production process flow chart,data online monitoring chart,electrical equipment monitoring chart and other configuration interfaces are designed,and the man-machine communication function of remote automatic control of desulfurization system is realized.After commissioning the flue gas desulfurization system,the performance of the control system is stable and the operation is reliable,and the desulfurization efficiency and automation control degree of the system are improved.Through the statistical analysis of the exhaust gas data,the smelting exhaust gas has achieved the standard discharge,bringing certain social and environmental benefits.
