With the continuous development of science and technology,high-speed railways,precision machine tools,aerospace and other fields have put forward higher requirements for various high-performance mechanical parts.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the surface quality and service performance of mechanical parts.In this paper,the influence of surface wettability theory and ultrasonic elliptical vibration turning theory are combined to analyze the influence law of machining parameters on surface morphology and wetting performance.Then,ultrasonic elliptical vibration turning technology is used to construct microwoven fabrics on the surface of7075 aluminum alloy.The influence of different processing parameters on the surface morphology was verified,and the water contact angle measurement experiment was carried out on the processed surface,and the relationship between the processing parameters and the surface hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity was obtained.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on surface wetting theory,the surface micro-texture geometric size on the surface of the surface micro-woven geometric size on the water contact angle is established in Young,Wenzel and Cassie-Baxter;the simulation model of surface micro-woven configuration is established according to ultrasound ellipse vibration turning theory.Combined with surface micro-texture affecting the influence of machining parameters on surface micro-texture geometries;finally combined with mapping relationship between machining parameters,surface micro-texture geometry and water contact angles,obtaining processing parameters to contact angles Impact law.(2)An ultrasonic elliptical vibration turning experimental platform was built on an ultra-precision lathe.According to the experimental results,the influence of cutting parameters and ultrasonic parameters on the surface microtexture was studied.The dimensions show obvious changes in the cutting direction and the feeding direction,respectively.With the change of amplitude and phase difference,the size of the surface microtexture shows obvious changes in the feeding direction and the cutting direction;the experimental results are consistent with the simulation results better.And with the change of processing parameters,the surface roughness Ra of the workpiece shows regular changes.(3)The influence of cutting parameters and ultrasonic parameters on the surface hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity was studied by measuring the water contact angle on the surface of the machined workpiece.The results show that:with the increase of spindle speed,feed rate and ultrasonic amplitude,the water contact angle of the workpiece surface shows a gradually increasing trend;with the increase of the phase difference,the value of the water contact angle of the workpiece surface decreases first and then increasing trend.when n=200r/min,the surface water contact angle reaches the minimum value of 85°,and when A_x=3.0μm,the surface water contact angle of the workpiece reaches the maximum value of 105°.The experimental change law is consistent with the theoretical change law.
