Since the second industrial revolution,the scale of human production has continued to expand.Greenhouse gas emissions are increasing,and the greenhouse effect is becoming more and more serious.In order to seek ways to save energy and reduce emissions,countries have established carbon emission trading markets,hoping to take a sustainable development path.However,the price of carbon emission rights in the carbon emission trading market is greatly affected by various factors such as foreign carbon prices,climate environment and fluctuates,it is extremely necessary to fully grasp the price of carbon emission rights in the next few periods,and the research on the value assessment method of carbon emission rights is particularly urgent.This paper reviews the basic attributes,influencing factors and evaluation methods of carbon emission allowances,then explains the limitations of traditional assessment methods and the applicability of BP neural network models to evaluate the value of carbon emission allowances,and then sorts out the trading subjects,trading objects,quota allocation methods and rules in the carbon market.Then,the BP neural network model was built,and the influencing factors of carbon emission allowance price were sorted out and analyzed from four perspectives: climate environment,energy price,foreign carbon asset price and macroeconomy,and finally the national carbon emission trading market was selected as the research object,and the recent trading day data was used as a research sample to evaluate the market value of carbon emission allowances.The BP neural network model is used for quantitative research,and the traditional multiple linear regression model for evaluating the market value of carbon emission allowances is also introduced to compare with it,so as to verify the rationality and reliability of the BP neural network model for evaluating the market value of carbon emission allowances.As a special intangible asset,carbon emission allowances have certain limitations and difficulties in assessing their value using traditional methods.Compared with the traditional evaluation method and multiple regression model,the BP neural network model solves the problems of multiple collinearity,endogeneity and nonlinearity among the factors influencing the value of carbon emission rights,and the market value of carbon emission allowances evaluated by the national carbon emission exchange is closer to the actual transaction price.This paper proposes an improved method for the valuation of carbon emission allowances,hoping that this idea can provide a reference for the assessment institutions to evaluate the value of carbon emission allowances,and provide certain reference significance for the assessment institutions to provide consulting services for industrial enterprises to provide production capacity and carbon emission reserves. |
