At present,among the common high-speed railway bridge deck waterproof systems,the thin-coated polyurethane waterproof coating developed by the Institute of Metal and Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Railway Sciences in recent years has attracted much attention in the application of new railway and bridge deck waterproof maintenance because of its good physical and mechanical properties,strong adhesion,excellent aging resistance,simple construction process and low comprehensive cost,but because the thin-coated polyurethane waterproof coating is a new product,there is less research on its construction.In the actual construction process,most of the construction team is based on the experience of previous waterproof materials,resulting in unsatisfactory quality effect of the actual site waterproof layer,and even causing problems affecting the construction period and later diseases such as repair and rework.Aiming at the defects in the construction of thin-coated polyurethane waterproof coatings,this paper studies the basic properties and construction technology of thin-coated polyurethane waterproof coatings by taking the construction engineering in Jinan Bureau Group as an example,so as to provide theoretical guidance for preventing and remedying the defects of thin-coated polyurethane waterproof coatings in the construction process,and also provide some experience for further research.This paper first investigates the waterproof layer used in the pipe of Jinan Bureau Group Company,introduces and compares the performance characteristics of the three waterproof layers used in polymer-modified bitumen waterproofing membrane,sprayed polyurea waterproof layer and thin-coated polyurethane waterproof coating,introduces the application of the three materials,and studies the differences between different waterproof materials.In this paper,the basic and comprehensive properties of thin-coated polyurethane waterproof coatings produced by mass production of industrial equipment are also studied.The results show that the properties of thin-coated polyurethane waterproof coatings meet the standard requirements,indicating that thin-coated polyurethane waterproofing coatings have better stability and durability in mass production.Finally,this paper summarizes the application process of thin-coated polyurethane waterproof coating in the pipe of Jinan Bureau Group Company by combining the repair of the existing waterproof layer of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and the construction of the new line of the Lunan high-speed railway,and studies the causes and remedies of common defects.Through the performance experiment of thin-coated polyurethane waterproof coating and two types of engineering construction examples in different situations,it is proved that thin-coated polyurethane waterproof coating can be used as a suitable bridge deck waterproof material application in the maintenance and new construction of high-speed railway lines in the management of Jinan Bureau Group Company. |
