| Objective: To preliminarily determine the active ingredients of Hanchuan Zupa Granule residue using component analysis;And high-temperature pyrolysis of the drug residue was used to prepare biochar,and its adsorption performance for phosphorus,phenol,and organic dye methylene blue in wastewater was investigated,achieving the goal of turning waste into treasure.Method: 1)Use solvent extraction method to extract the active ingredients from the drug residue and analyze their composition.The content of polyphenols,flavonoids,polysaccharides,lignin,and cellulose in the drug residue was determined using UV visible spectrophotometry,national standard lignin content determination method,and nitrate ethanol method,respectively.2)Biochar(BC)was prepared by pyrolysis at temperatures of 200 ℃,300 ℃,400 ℃,500 ℃,and 600 ℃under oxygen limiting conditions,and its yield,p H,microporous structure,surface functional groups,and other properties were analyzed.3)Using BC as an adsorbent,the adsorption of phosphorus,phenol,and methylene blue in wastewater by BC was studied,and the effects of reaction conditions such as BC addition amount,p H,temperature,adsorption time,and initial solution concentration on adsorption were investigated.Result:1)The composition analysis of Hanchuan Zupa Granule residue showed that the residue mainly contained proteins,polysaccharides,phenols,flavonoids,steroids,and volatile oils;The average contents of polyphenols,flavonoids,polysaccharides,lignin,and cellulose in the residue were 2.52 mg/g,12.93 mg/g,15.71 mg/g,18.03 mg/m L,and 1.52%,respectively.2)The characterization results of BC indicate that there is a close relationship between the pyrolysis temperature and the changes in the properties of BC.The higher the pyrolysis temperature,the more complete the pore structure of BC is,and the content of alkaline functional groups on the surface of BC increases.3)The adsorption research results show that BC has an adsorption effect on phosphorus,phenol,and methylene blue,with low adsorption reaction requirements and a small amount of BC added(0.001g~0.005 g).BC exhibits strong adsorption for high concentrations of phosphorus and methylene blue at room temperature,with reaction times of 2 hours and 4 hours,respectively.The adsorption reaction of phenol by BC was carried out at 45 ℃,and the optimal initial concentration of phenol was 30 mg/L.The reaction conditions of p H 3-8are conducive to the adsorption of phosphorus and phenol,while the adsorption reaction of methylene blue takes place under p H 7-11 conditions.Conclusion: Through the analysis of the composition of Hanchuan Zupa Granule residue,it was found that the residue contains recyclable active ingredients.In addition,the preparation of BC from a large amount of medicinal residue through high-temperature pyrolysis can reduce its emissions,and the adsorption characteristics of BC can be used for water eutrophication treatment,chemical plant wastewater treatment,and dye decolorization and degradation,providing direction for the treatment of medicinal waste and environmental protection in traditional Chinese medicine production institutions. |
