With the increasing demand for energy storage devices,supercapacitors have attracted much attention due to their high power density and low cost.In this paper,copper plated carbon fiber is used as the flexible base,metal hydroxide with large specific surface area and abundant REDOX sites is used as the pseudocapacitor material.Aiming at the problems of poor cycling stability and electrical conductivity of metal hydroxides,we prepared carbon fiber composite electrode materials by coating two-dimensional porous reduced GO,and showed relatively excellent performance.The main research content of this paper is as follows:Firstly,by controlling the copper plating time,copper nanoparticles with different morphologies were electrodeposited on the surface of carbon fiber,and Cu(OH)2nanoarrays with different morphologies were grown in situ on the surface of copper coated carbon cloth.Secondly,the two-dimensional material graphene oxide was drilled by the three-step method of hydrothermal,calcination and acid etching,and the pore size of 50-100 nm was observed by SEM and TEM.Finally,the Cu(OH)2/PEDOT:PSS/PrGO/Cu@CF composite electrode material was obtained by properly controlling the self-assembly time.The electrochemical test shows that the capacitance of the composite electrode is much higher than that of the single-phase copper hydroxide electrode,and the specific capacitance is 385 m F/cm2 at the current density of 1 m A/cm2.After 1,000 times of charging and discharging,the capacity retention rate is about 92.5%.To verify the application of electrodes in the field of portable energy storage,the positive electrode was Cu(OH)2/PEDOT:PSS/PrGO/Cu@CF composite material,the negative electrode was AC@CF,and the electrolyte was 6 M PVA/KOH gel electrolyte.The asymmetric supercapacitor(SCs)devices were self-assembled.At 1 m A/cm2current density,the specific capacitance is 252 m F/cm2.After 1,000 times of charging and discharging,the capacity retention rate is about 95.5%.When the power density is5.5×10-2 m Wh/cm2,the energy density can reach 0.68 m W/cm2,showing excellent electrochemical performance.
