In the current environment of energy shortage and environmental pollution,the development of clean energy has become particularly important.As a renewable energy,biomass energy belongs to clean energy in the energy use structure,and biomass power generation technology is currently a relatively widespread application of biomass energy.In the field of biomass power generation,research aimed at improving power generation efficiency currently focuses on the best efficiency of cogeneration.This article takes the biomass integrated gasification combined cycle(BIGCC)power generation technology with higher power generation efficiency as the object of waste heat recovery.The waste heat recovery is divided into two parts,namely,the recovery of steam turbine exhaust heat and waste heat boiler exhaust heat.It mainly controls the safe and stable operation of waste heat recovery equipment under biomass power generation load.Under this condition,the utilization of residual heat is realized.This article analyzes the mathematical model of the control object,understands the interaction between parameters,and proposes control strategies based on this.This thesis mainly uses traditional control theory based on input and output to establish control models,as well as simulation physical models based on simscape.Simulate the system through the simulink module in matlab.At the same time,the algorithms of PID and fuzzy PID are studied,and the advantages and disadvantages are compared through simulation images to meet the requirements for the control accuracy of the control object.To achieve real-time monitoring of the site,use configuration software to configure the system.Through the communication connection between the upper computer and the programmable logic controller plc,the configuration in the upper computer is completed;And then to the connection between the field equipment and the programmable logic controller plc in the control network.This article uses the OPC function of the configuration software to communicate with MATLAB,calls the modules in Simulink to simulate the monitoring system,and exchanges data with the OPC server through the data set in Simulink,which can be displayed in the monitoring screen.You can also use the controls in the configuration software to view real-time data change curves.Finally,decentralized control and centralized display of the system will be achieved.Through the study of the PID algorithm,when implementing automatic control of the controlled object,the controller can achieve fine regulation of the manipulated object.The design of the biomass power generation waste heat recovery control system ensures the stable operation of the biomass power generation system during the waste heat recovery and utilization process,and also meets the safety and stability of the waste heat recovery equipment under power generation load.
