| With the improvement of human production and living standards,solving the pollution of water resources by dye wastewater has become a key issue.Organic dyes in water can adversely affect the photosynthesis of aquatic plants,thus causing damage to the living environment of water creatures as well.If humans are exposed to dyes in water for a long time,it will cause skin allergy and in serious cases,it will cause liver and kidney damage.Adsorbents are widely used in the field of waste treatment as a treatment technology that is easy to synthesize and efficient in adsorption.In this study,ZIF-7 crystals and the nitrogen-rich polymer SFRH were firstly synthesized successfully,and the SFRH/ZIF-7-T-X carbon material was successfully prepared by controlling the charring temperature at 400 ℃,500 ℃ and 600 ℃ for 1 h,respectively,in a physical co-blending manner.The SEM and EDS images of the SFRH/ZIF-7-T-X carbon material showed that the ZIF-7 crystals were attached to the surface of the nitrogen-rich polymer SFRH,and the wrapping phenomenon was more evident with the increase of the percentage of ZIF-7 crystals,and there was an inhomogeneous pore distribution in the carbon material with the increase of the carbonization temperature.The results of TGA and FI-TR images of SFRH/ZIF-7-T-X char materials show that the loss of sample materials under different temperature charring conditions is mainly due to ligand dissociation and evaporation of water and solvent molecules from the pores,but also partial structural collapse of the char material itself.The results of UV-vis spectra of SFRH/ZIF-7-T-X carbon material and the analysis of zeta potential of SFRH/ZIF-7-600-1 carbon material can be obtained that SFRH/ZIF-7-600-1carbon material has the best adsorption effect,stronger adsorption effect on cationic dyes than anionic dyes,with certain selectivity,and after 135 min,the adsorption of 100 m L The adsorption and removal rate of Rh B at 20 ppm could reach 92%.The charged nature of the dye molecules and the size of the molecules have some influence on the adsorption of SFRH/ZIF-7-T-X carbon material.And the electrostatic interaction between SFRH/ZIF-7-T-X carbon material and dye molecules and pore structure are the main factors on the strength of dye adsorption performance.Because of the many advantages of porous carbon materials as adsorbents,ZIF-7 and phenolphthalein-based polyaryl ether ketone(PEKC)polymers were chosen to be doped together in this chapter by physical blending,and the carbon aerogels with different percentages of doping were successfully prepared by high-temperature KOH-activated carbonization under nitrogen atmosphere.The SEM images showed that the doping of ZIF-7 crystals resulted in a uniform distribution of pores and retained the skeletal structure and specific surface area of the carbon aerogel.The TGA images and FI-TR images showed that the thermal stability of the carbon aerogel was good.The results of UV-vis spectral analysis showed that PEKC/ZIF-7-30% had the best adsorption effect,and the adsorption effect on cationic dyes was higher than that on anionic dyes at room temperature,and the adsorption efficiency could reach 98% for methylene blue,and the adsorption line efficiency was 21% and 34% for methyl orange and reactive blue,respectively.The carbon aerogel has a certain prospect of application as an adsorbent for dyes in aqueous solution,and it has a simple synthesis,good thermal and water stability,and strong adsorption capacity. |
