In the actual industrial production process,it is often necessary to cut and polish engineering parts to form specific specifications.Due to the acceleration of industrial development,the production task in the factory has become heavier,and the demand for parts has also increased sharply.In order to solve the accurate measurement of the arc surface opening,reduce the uncertainty in the process of preparing the filler,and improve the assembly efficiency of the filler,a filler cutting device based on the control of a single chip computer is designed.The cutting object is mainly aimed at filling blocks of hard aluminum materials to solve the problem of low efficiency in the subsequent batch assembly work in the factory and the current manual matching process.The filler block cutting device is a semi-automatic special equipment for precise cutting of filler blocks,which can be applied to products requiring interference fit.It mainly realizes the accurate measurement of arc gap and the accurate cutting of filler blocks.It has the characteristics of convenient movement,simple operation,accurate cutting,safe use,etc.It realizes repetitive operations through semi-automatic means,improves the consistency of production efficiency and quality,and reduces the work intensity of operators,It greatly saves assembly time and is of great significance to the production of aerospace products.The chip microcomputer is used as the control system of the filling block cutting device,which controls the hardware structure to complete the corresponding actions,and displays the operation status and relevant parameters of the device through the touch screen.The cutting device can quickly make three filler blocks.By converting the actual gap into the method of cutting,positioning and making tools,it completely avoids the influence of errors in the measurement phase,achieves the purpose of accurate cutting,and improves the stability of product assembly fastening force and the consistency of product assembly quality.The cutting device is mainly practical.Through analysis,it can be seen that the cutting accuracy of the filling block cutting device reaches ±0.2mm,meeting the design index requirements.The device has small volume and simple operation,and is suitable for application scenarios where arc shaped parts need to be cut.
