The continuous improvement of the economic level makes people’s requirements for a healthy life higher and higher,the functional requirements for outdoor tents also show diversification as safety and comfort.The outdoor environment is seriously affected by fire,volatile organic compounds(VOCs)and biological contamination,which are potentially harmful to human health.The development of nanomaterials and nanotechnology is widely used in the functionalization of fabric fibers,which opens up new opportunities for the development of outdoor camping tent fabric fibers to break through the traditional application areas.And it is conducive to the development and production of multi-functional outdoor tent fabric fibers with self-cleaning,antibacterial properties,fire retardant,etc.In view of this,the following innovative research was carried out:(1)Preparation and application of SA/AAm/NIPAAm hydrogel functional fabric fiber.The SA/AAm/NIPAAm hydrogel functional fabric fibers were prepared with sodium alginate(SA),isopropyl acrylamide(NIPAAm),and acrylamide(AAm)as monomers through a combination of intermolecular polymer synergy and multiple cross-linking,The solubility(SR),water retention(WRR),water vapor transmission(WVP),and photothermal properties of SA/AAm/NIPAAm were investigated.The fire retardancy of hydrogel functional fabric fibers was evaluated by vertical flammability line test(VFT)and limiting oxygen index test(LOI).The results illustrated that the char length generated by hydrogel functional fabric fibers was less than 0.5 cm within 12 s of exposure to flame.In addition,the introduction of Ag nanoparticles(Ag NPs)into the hydrogel polymer using the stabilizing and reducing effects of sodium alginate showed excellent antibacterial activity.The research provides a feasible strategy for fire retardant as well as antimicrobial applications of outdoor tent fabric fibers in outdoor environments and provides new ideas for the application and promotion of hydrogel polymers.(2)Preparation and application of Ag/Ag Br/Fe2O3 photocatalytic functional fabric fiber.Fe2O3 functionalized fabric fibers were prepared by loading Fe2O3 photocatalytic material after alkali modification of polyester fabric fibers.Subsequently,the photocatalytic material of Ag Br was loaded by photochemical deposition,and then the Ag/Ag Br/Fe2O3 functional fabric fibers were prepared.The charge transfer in the photocatalytic nanocomposites promotes the separation of photogenerated carriers,which greatly improves the photocatalytic performance of functional fabric fibers.The results demonstrated that the static degradation rate of formaldehyde with Ag/Ag Br/Fe2O3 functional fabric fiber reaches 70%within 60 min under 365 nm UV light,which is much higher than that of single photocatalytic material.In addition,the efficiency of Ag/Ag Br/Fe2O3 functional fabric fiber for oil-water separation reached above 90%after treatment with different physicochemical conditions.The antibacterial rate of reached above 80%against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,and Candida albicans.
