With the continuous promotion of the national fitness program,the phenomenon of mass fitness is gradually popular,and kinetic cycling is a popular sport for beginners,but the frequency of sports injuries due to wrong riding posture is also high.At present,inertial sensors are widely used in the field of sports monitoring,but there is little research on cycling posture monitoring for kinetic bicycles.Therefore,this paper proposes to combine sports monitoring equipment with kinetic bicycles to establish a kinetic cycling posture monitoring system,which can identify the wrong posture during cycling and give corresponding reminders.This paper mainly contains the following research contents and results.Riding posture data collection.The posture data of different subjects with correct posture and four incorrect postures were collected in the experiment.Next,the collected posture data were pre-processed,and a total of 13 features were extracted for the posture data collected by the inertial sensor at the knee joint,and 7 features were retained by feature selection using PCA,and the posture data collected by the sensor at the instep were divided into phases,and the posture data within the effective time segment were retained.Comparative selection of riding posture monitoring algorithms.For the posture data at the knee joint,five types of classification algorithms were used for comparison and selection,and SVM based knee joint riding posture classification model had the highest recognition rate of 96.6%;for the posture data at the back of the foot,a dynamic cycling foot riding posture monitoring algorithm based on threshold and incorporating two features of Z-axis acceleration and angle around X-axis was proposed.The implementation of wearable dynamic cycling riding posture monitoring system.This paper first analyzes the requirements of the cycling posture monitoring system and designs the overall structure of the system;secondly,it selects the suitable system hardware and designs the program flow of the cycling posture monitoring system according to the system functional requirements;then proposed a wearable solution for the cycling posture monitoring system;finally,the functional test of the system was carried out,and combined with the subjective evaluation results,it was verified that the wearable dynamic cycling posture monitoring system studied in this project has certain practicality. |
