The presence of water in the industrial production process can lead to the formation of scale,which will affect the accuracy of ultrasonic smart water meter metering and other problems.Inspired by the good wetting resistance of some plant leaf surfaces,scientists have prepared a variety of superhydrophobic coatings,which have good wetting resistance and environmental friendliness,and are used in many current industrial fields.However,some superhydrophobic coatings are affected by the environment during use,resulting in poor hydrophobic properties and anti-scaling properties,and even the anti-scaling properties of the coating disappear,thereby reducing the service life of superhydrophobic coatings.Therefore,it is important to prepare anti-scale coatings with excellent mechanical stability and durability.In this paper,a superhydrophobic composite antiscale coating with excellent mechanical stability and durability will be prepared,and a superhydrophobic composite antiscale coating with excellent hydrophobic properties and antiscale properties will be prepared by combining hydrophobic nanosilica(SiO2),carbon nanotubes(CNTs)and polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS).The key to the preparation of superhydrophobic coatings is to construct a large number of micro-nanostructures on the surface of the coating using hydrophobic nanosilica and carbon nanotubes.This article is mainly divided into the following parts:(1)Preparation of SiO2/PDMS superhydrophobic coating.SiO2/PDMS superhydrophobic materials were prepared by mixing hydrophobic nanosilica and polydimethylsiloxane in a certain proportion,and then SiO2/PDMS superhydrophobic materials were immersed on the surface of 304 stainless steel substrate to form SiO2/PDMS superhydrophobic coating.(2)The performance of SiO2/PDMS superhydrophobic coating was studied.In the process of preparing SiO2/PDMS superhydrophobic coatings,the optimal preparation parameters of SiO2/PDMS superhydrophobic coatings were determined by changing the proportion,dipping times and curing temperature of nano-SiO2 particles.The mechanical stability and anti-scale performance of SiO2/PDMS superhydrophobic coating were studied by sandpaper wear,tape peeling,water erosion resistance and scale resistance.(3)Perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane was used to modify carboxylated carbon nanotubes,and the modified carbon nanotubes were added to SiO2/PDMS superhydrophobic coating to form a superhydrophobic composite coating with better performance.Finally,the anti-scale performance of SiO2/CNTs/PDMS superhydrophobic composite coating was evaluated by anti-scale performance test.
