| Extreme cold environment has led to a variety of serious public health problems,a huge social and economic burden,and is an urgent challenge for mankind all over the world.The economic cost of protecting human beings from the cold is a huge threat to global economic growth.It accounts for a large percentage(40%)of total global energy costs.Fibrous materials have been chosen for centuries as insulation to protect the human body from the cold because they are comfortable,convenient and cost-effective.By the fiber material and thermal insulation coating composite can make it have better insulation effect,in the currently available thermal insulation coating filler,porous material because of its internal has a large number of interconnected through hole or closed hole structure,effectively restrict the internal air free flow,and reduce the heat transfer characteristics,by using it as a functional heat insulation material load into the fiber material,It can realize the development and utilization of high efficiency heat insulation clothing.In this paper,silica aerogel powder and closed cell foam thermal expansion microspheres are selected as functional heat insulation fillers.By compounding with surfactants and binders,the coating component ratio is adjusted and optimized,and the functional heat insulation coating with thermal insulation effect is prepared.Using continuous impregnation coating,The fabric or fiber surface is coated with thermal insulation coating,and its thermal insulation service performance is characterized.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Silica aerogel/polyester composite fabricBased on the open-pore structure of silica aerogel powder,the surface functionalization treatment is carried out by using a ternary dispersion system to obtain a silica aerogel posttreatment slurry with excellent dispersion properties,which is prepared by dipping coating process A silica aerogel/polyester composite fabric with smooth surface,no cracks and excellent thermal insulation effect is obtained.The thermal conductivity of the prepared silica aerogel/polyester composite fabric can reach as low as 0.038 W/m K,and the thermal insulation rate is 33%,which is 12% higher than that of pure polyester.(2)Thermal expansion microspheres/polyester composite fabricBased on the closed cell structure of the foam microspheres,the fabric post treatment slurry containing microspheres was prepared by using the thermal expansion microspheres as the foam master particle.The foam microspheres/polyester composite fabric was obtained through the impregnation coating process and multi-dimensional weaving technology,and after high temperature post treatment.The thermal conductivity of the composite fabric can reach 0.043W/m K,which is 159% lower than that of pure polyester fabric.Meanwhile,it also shows excellent thermal insulation effect in high and low temperature environments.Under the action of external force,the composite fabric can be stretched,bent and twisted without defects.After removing the external force,it can quickly restore the original shape,showing excellent mechanical and elastic properties.The composite fabric has excellent hydrophobic properties(contact Angle:141o).After washing,pickling,and alkali washing,the hydrophobic Angle remains around 130°.At the same time,the composite fabric also showed similar permeability and moisture permeability compared with Gore-tex.It has a broad application prospect in the field of clothing. |
