| High strength and high die polyethylene fiber(UHMWPE)has excellent mechanical properties and impact resistance,in the field of bulletproof composite materials,but its heat resistance is very low,surface lack of polar group,so need to choose the right good mechanical properties,toughness of resin matrix,this paper modified epoxy resin adhesive,the properties of epoxy resin adhesive,matrix resin and fiber interface bonding performance,bulletproof properties of composite materials,get the following conclusion:In this paper,a novel thermoplastic carboxyl-containing polymer PDTD was used to modify the epoxy resin adhesive system containing BPASE21.The performance of the modified adhesive was tested as follows: adding PDTD will improve the reactivity of the adhesive system,increased viscosity,slightly reduced dielectric performance,better thermal performance and reduced water absorption.Comprehensive performance of the epoxy resin: PDTD: the 10:1 is the best,so it is the best proportion formula.The reaction rate is the fastest,the apparent reaction activation energy minimum is 65.10KJ/mol,the tensile shear strength of 10.74M/Pa,29% higher than the unadded epoxy resin adhesive,dielectric loss between 0.86% and1.22%,the relative dielectric constant is 4.68,the lowest water absorption rate,0.5%,suitable for the preservation and use of humid environment,the thermal decomposition temperature is 276.9℃,are better than the unadded sample 0.Using bisphenol A and 4,4-dichlorodiphilsone at a ratio of 6:5 to produce a long-chain structure of polyethersulfane epoxy resin containing epoxy groups at both ends,Of poxy resin with different mass ratios: BPA 65 to the adhesive system,After found that the gelation time of BPA 65 was generally higher than that of BPA 21,BPA65: epoxy resin mass ratio equal to 1:24,The apparent reaction has an activation energy of 73.89KJ/mol,Viscosity was 71 m Pas at 70℃,All the dielectric losses were between 1.01 and 1.34%,Relative relative dielectric constant between 2.49 and 2.44,With its excellent dielectric properties,Tensile shear strength of up to 12.41 MPa,The water absorption rate was all 0.7%,With a good hydrophobicity,The thermal decomposition temperature was 209.34℃.After interfacial recombination with two epoxy resin adhesives and high strength and high die polyethylene fibers,the bonding strength of BPA 65 was up to 1.49 M /PA and PDTD is 1.52 M / Pa.The G-3 unidirectional plate has the best bending performance,with the bending strength up to 207.97/MPa,which is 141% higher than the G-0 sample.The compression elastic modulus of G-10 perpendicular to the fiber direction is slightly greater than that of G-3,and the compression elastic modulus of G-3 parallel to the fiber direction is up to 549.26 GPa,which is 190% higher than that of G-0.The bulletproof efficiency coefficient,C,of the high-strength and high-mode PE fiber,is 9.43,and the bulletproof performance index,R,is 376.8.After production,the thickness of the bulletproof composite plate is 9mm-10 mm,the incident speed of bullets is 447 m/s,the bulletproof plate is not broken,the depression depth is 18 mm less than the standard of bulletproof,and the energy absorption of the target plate is1039 k J,which proves that the bulletproof composite plate has excellent bulletproof proof performance. |
