The successful completion of the Yellow River floodplain relocation project,a major livelihood project of the Yellow River as a high-quality development strategy, has solved the problem of flood control safety in the floodplain area, promoted the people to escape poverty and become rich, and realized the organic integration of the river regulation and the Huimin County River,to achieve long-term stability of the beach areas of the Yellow River, effectively improve the quality of life of the residents of the beach areas. With the further development of the Yellow River Strategy and the rural revitalization strategy, the residents’ cognition and demand are also gradually improved.Ecosystem Cultural Services are the foundation of social and economic development and an important component of the ecosystem,it has also played an indispensable role in maintaining cultural diversity and uniqueness, relieving the pressure of modern life, providing people with access to nature, rest and physical and mental rehabilitation, different scholars pay more and more attention to the perception of ecosystem cultural services, and reveal the local residents’ views on ecosystem cultural services, which help to make effective decisions and improve the people’s satisfaction, therefore, from the perspective of residents’ perception and behavior, the thesis studies the optimization strategy and upgrading technology of ecosystem culture in the relocated communities of the Yellow River Beach area, which provides a reference for the optimization of resources and the improvement of human settlement environment in the relocated communities. In this study,we measured and analyzed the residents’ perception of ecosystem cultural services and their actual behaviors in the relocated villages and towns along the Yellow River in Pingyin County.First, after a thorough offline survey and online collation of the built environment of the relocated communities in the floodplain areas of the Yellow River in Pingyin County, this thesis divides the public space of the relocated communities in Pingyin County’s Yellow River floodplain into leisure activity space, traffic space and public service space, and analyzes their current situation.By using PPGIS public participation mapping method, this thesis measures and analyzes the residents’ perception of the present situation of ecosystem cultural services, and makes a correlation analysis between the categories of ecosystem cultural services and the perception space, the results show that the residents’ perceived space is mainly distributed around the main road, the party and mass service center, the convenient market and the main square.Secondly, after conducting offline interviews and questionnaire surveys to clarify residents’ perceived needs,a model for evaluating the perceived needs of relocated communities in Pingyin County’s Yellow River floodplain was constructed through text word frequency analysis and expert discussion,it can be used to measure the residents’ potential needs for various landscape elements in the community, and get the largest residents’ perceived needs for leisure activities by AHP,in the perception of social interaction, residents have certain needs for cultural activities, indicating that residents’ spiritual needs and quality of life are constantly improving. After analyzing the residents’ sense of place,we find that the needs of residents in the new community are also affected by the original village settlement. In the aspect of behavior measurement,we use hunting camera and behavior map to measure and analyze the high-frequency activity track of residents in the community, and summarize and analyze the actual high-frequency activity space of residents, after using Depthmap software to simulate the crowd aggregation degree and analyze the road integration degree in the community space, the result shows that the activity space of residents in different time has little difference, mainly gathered in the community within the main roads, residents of their own downstairs and other places, the community between the leisure activities of space use frequency is low,low accessibility of some community roads, the behavior of residents is greatly influenced by the primitive villages in beach areas.By comparing the residents’ cultural perception needs of the potential ecosystem with their actual daily activity space,we can find that the residents’ actual utilization rate of the transportation space and the leisure service space is the highest, the actual utilization rate of leisure space is not as high as the perceived demand,so the function replacement of leisure space should be based on the behavior habits of community residents. Finally, based on an analysis of the "Perception-behavior" measure of the public space in the relocated communities of the Yellow River floodplain in Pingyin County, the thesis takes the residents’ transformation vision and high-frequency activity space as its guidance, the optimization strategy and technical means of engineering lifting are put forward. On the planning level, the thesis puts forward relevant planning and design strategies for the transportation space, leisure activity space and public service space within the community, and constructs convenient, efficient and cultural sites, improve public participation of residents;at the engineering level, landscape facilities based on optimization strategies, the corresponding engineering technology means are put forward respectively from the plant planting construction of the site road landscape, the recreation and ornamental sketch, the rock landscape and the soft landscape engineering, construction of green,low-cost,high-applicable relocation community projects. Finally, the typical public spaces in Tsui Ping Lai King Community,Khingan Kung community and wo Yuen community were selected to enhance the value of ecosystem cultural services. This research has some innovation from the perspective of village and town ecosystem cultural services research,by comparing residents’ perception and behavior,to clarify the daily needs of residents, based on the characteristics of residents’ potential perception space and actual use space, the thesis summarizes the residents’ local emotion and rural specific behavior needs to optimize and upgrade the relocated communities in the beach areas of the Yellow River, this thesis provides theoretical basis and practical reference for improving the quality of life of the residents and building sustainable livable villages and towns in the Yellow River beach area.
