| Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae is an edible Chinese herbal medicine in the list of authentic medicinal herbs with rich medicinal value,it has homology between medicine and food,and has a large market.There are significant differences in the sales prices of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae from different origins,consumers cannot determine the actual origin,leading to market chaos,counterfeiting and constraints development.It is necessary to establish a scientific,accurate,efficient and simple identification method for the origin of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae.This main results investigated are as follows:(1)To investigate the influence of mineral element levels and stable isotope ratio in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae from different habitats,and establish a traceability model for the origin,160 samples of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae were collected from 4 regions in China(Guangdong,Fujian,Sichuan and Chongqing).The levels of 21 mineral elements in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and the ratios of 4 stable isotopes in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae were determined by elemental analysis mass spectrometry,to research the differences in mineral element level and stable isotope ratios in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae from different producing areas and make Origin Traceability.The results show that there are significant differences among the levels of the remaining 20 mineral elements and the ratio of four stable isotopes(P<0.05),Except Zn.The highest level in the sample is K,followed by Ca,and the lowest is Nb.(2)Analysis(Principal Component Analysis,Partial Least Squares Discriminant Analysis,Orthogonal Partial Least Squares Discriminant Analysis)of mineral element levels and stable isotope ratio of 160 Pericarpium Citri Reticulatael samples,the results show that mineral element levels and stable isotopes can be use to identify Pericarpium Citri Reticulatael samples from different origins.The linear discriminant analysis(LDA)cross validation accuracy of stable isotope technology is 51.9%,the LDA cross validation accuracy of mineral element level is 86.9%,and the LDA cross validation accuracy of stable isotope combined with mineral element technology is 93.8%.Through value screening,the key factors for identifying the place of production are Cu、K、Ga、Ni、Y、Ba、La、Nd、V、Cr、Rb、Fe、Mn、Co andδ18O.(3)Analysis(Principal Component Analysis,Partial Least Squares Discriminant Analysis,Orthogonal Partial Least Squares Discriminant Analysis)of mineral element levels and stable isotope ratio of 160 Pericarpium Citri Reticulatael samples for identification of genuine medicinal herbs,the results show that mineral element levels and stable isotopes can be use to identify Pericarpium Citri Reticulatael samples for genuine medicinal herbs.The LDA cross validation accuracy of stable isotope technology is 79.4%,the LDA cross validation accuracy of mineral element technology is 90.0%,and the LDA cross validation accuracy of stable isotope combined with mineral element technology is 96.3%.Through value screening,the key factors for identifying the genuine medicinal herbs are Ga、Ba、Cu、K、Cr、Pb、Ni、Co andδ18O.(4)To improve the accuracy of LDA cross validation,stable isotope ratio and mineral element level were standardized and fused according to different ratios.When the stable isotope and mineral element level(3:7)was obtained,the LDA cross validation accuracy was98.5%,which was the highest. |
