The production of high-quality wigs is based primarily on manual double-knot weaving,and this production process encounters problems such as high labor intensity,long production time and high labor costs,but at present,there is no perfect automatic wig weaving equipment either home or abroad that can completely replace the manual production of wigs.Based on the double knot weaving process,this paper studies the automatic wig weaving process and the key mechanisms of the weaving machine,and the main work content and achievements are as follows:(1)Research and case verification of wig weaving process.Through in-depth analysis of the characteristics of five kinds of wig weaving,including curtain weaving,single knot weaving,double knot weaving,triple hairnet and adhesive wig,it is concluded that the double knot weaving process is superior to other processes in terms of simulation,reliability,fluffiness and firmness.Then,combined with the process characteristics of double knot weaving,the maximum movement requirement of wig weaving was analyzed,and the process action and needle path design of double knot weaving were carried out based on the 18-gauge knitted tongue needle,and the feasibility of the designed process action was verified by weaving experiments.(2)Determine the overall scheme of the knitting machine.Analyzing the functional requirements and design requirements of wig knitting,put I forward the overall structure scheme and key module design scheme of wig weaving machine,and build a basic virtual prototype model.(3)Design and perform weave experiments on key modules.It is mainly designed for the hairscreen frame and its supporting components,manipulator end effector,hair control box and drive system,and the hair tension are studied.By constructing a mathematical model of tension force,measuring 10 sets of tension force data,and using its average value as the tension force of soft silicone pressing hair,the deformation of soft silicone is 0.1mm,which better simulates the effect of manual pressing hair.The KUKA KR4 R600 manipulator was selected to establish and solve its forward and reverse kinematic equations,analyze the working domain of the end needle,and verify that the manipulator meets the weaving space of the wig;The hair mesh frame and weaving platform were built,and the weaving experiment of the manipulator was carried out,which verified the feasibility of the machine to weave double-knot wigs.(4)Optimal design of hair frame and its supporting components and research and analysis of weaving module.The orthogonal test and finite element analysis technology are used to optimize the hairframe and its supporting components,and the optimal combination of factors is analyzed by range and comprehensive equilibrium method,so that the maximum deformation,maximum isodynamic force and first-order modal frequency are improved to a certain extent.The static deformation analysis of the manipulator support module and the braided actuator was carried out to verify that the deformation error and stress were within a reasonable range.The dynamic characteristics of the latch pin driver module are studied,and the first 6th mode shape and natural frequency are extracted to verify that the module can effectively avoid resonance.
