| Polyimide fiber is a kind of high performance fiber material,with structural stability,tensile resistance,compression resistance and flame retardant characteristics,so it is widely used in aerospace,automotive,special protection and electronic fields,but in the field of textiles,especially in the field of military first aid dressing materials.In view of the problems of short shelf life and no antibacterial properties of type 82 triangular bandage,this paper takes polyimide fiber as the research object,studies the blending process of polyimide fiber and new richel fiber from the fiber properties and spinnability,and develops polyimide fiber military triangular bandage.It provides reference for the product development of polyimide fiber in the field of military textiles.Specific research contents are as follows:First,the properties of polyimide fibers were tested according to relevant standards,including strength and elongation,moisture absorption and resistance.The results show that the polyimide fiber has excellent mechanical properties and can meet the strength requirements of yarns in spinning stage.However,its high specific resistance and low moisture recovery will lead to serious electrostatic problems in the spinning process,such as fiber winding cots and metal devices,and may also appear broken ends,uneven yarn dry and other problems,so the selection of new richel fiber and its blend to ensure the smooth spinning process.Secondly,according to the characteristics of polyimide fiber,the corresponding process principles should be followed in each spinning process,such as the speed control in the carding process,the principle of "heavy pressure,low speed,large head and small head" should be observed in the combining process,and talc should be used in each stage of spinning to reduce electrostatic problems.On the other hand,maintaining good ambient temperature and humidity can improve yarn quality.Then the mechanical properties and appearance properties of each proportion of blended yarn were tested and analyzed,and the variation rule of blended yarn properties with blending ratio was obtained.Finally,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to select the blended yarn with the best comprehensive performance.The results show that the blended yarn has the best comprehensive performance when the proportion of polyimide fiber is 50%.Thirdly,in order to improve the quality of the blended yarn,the single factor test and orthogonal test schemes were designed on the basis of the optimal blending ratio to optimize the mouth spacing of the rubber ring,the twist coefficient of the spun yarn and the drafting multiple of the back area of the 18.4tex spun yarn.The effects of these three factors on yarn breaking strength,feather index and unevenness were studied.Through the analysis of the test results,the optimal combination of process parameters,namely,the rubber ring clamp spacing is 3.5mm,the twist coefficient of the yarn is 390,the elongation of the back area is 1.24 times,the comprehensive performance of the yarn is the best.Finally,the use of blended yarns under the best process combination and in accordance with the national standard YY/T 1467-2016 development of military triangle bandage and dressing pack.The routine performance,antibacterial performance and anti-mildew performance of polyimide triangle bandage and Type 82 triangle bandage were tested and analyzed.The results showed that polyimide triangle bandage had advantages in the routine performance,and showed remarkable effects in coagulation,antibacterial and anti-mildew,which provided theoretical support for the feasibility of developing military triangle bandage with polyimide fiber. |
