As one of the main components of the sports bra,the shoulder strap plays a role of lifting and supporting the breast.Reasonable design can effectively reduce the shaking of the breast during exercise.Shoulder straps,on the other hand,as the least desirable element of a sports bra,have the problem of high shoulder pressure.It is of great significance to study how to balance the relationship between support and pressure comfort through shoulder strap design for improving the comfort of sports bras.At present,there have been studies on the influence of shoulder strap design on breast support and pressure,but most of them only focus on a single design element,lacking the consideration of multi-factor interaction,and only discuss breast support or shoulder strap pressure in isolation,lacking comprehensive discussion on the relationship between the two.Based on the above background,this paper analyzed the relevant elements of the shoulder strap design,chose the tensile property of the shoulder strap material,the width of the shoulder strap and the direction of the shoulder strap as the research factors,and produced12 sports bras with different shoulder strap design combinations.Through the wearing evaluation experiment,the influence of the shoulder strap design elements on the support of the sports bra and the shoulder pressure of the wearer was explored.And the combined effect of comfort.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Influence of shoulder strap design on supporting performance of sports braA triaxial acceleration sensor was used to collect the breast motion acceleration,and the displacement reduction rate was used to characterize the supporting performance of the sports bra after the acceleration was converted into motion displacement.The results showed that with the increase of elastic recovery rate and constant body length force,the reduction rate of breast displacement in X axis(left and right direction)and Y axis(vertical direction)increased,while the reduction rate of breast displacement in Z axis(front and back direction)had no significant change,and the overall reduction rate of breast displacement showed an increasing trend.Compared with the shoulder width of 2cm,under the shoulder width of 4cm,the reduction rate of Y-axis breast displacement was larger,the reduction rate of X-axis and Z-axis breast displacement had no significant change,and the overall displacement reduction rate showed an increasing trend.The reduction rate of breast displacement on the X axis was greater in the cross type shoulder strap,and the reduction rate on the Y axis was greater in the parallel type shoulder strap.The direction of shoulder strap had no significant effect on the reduction rate of breast displacement on the Z axis.In general,the three design factors of the shoulder strap all showed the control of the breast displacement in the vertical direction.The tensile property of the shoulder strap and the direction of the shoulder strap also had an effect on the left and right direction displacement,while the front and back direction displacement were not affected by the three factors.(2)Influence of shoulder strap design on shoulder pressure of sports braBy using the Novel Pliance pressure testing system to measure the static and dynamic pressure under the shoulder,the effect of shoulder belt design design factors on the shoulder pressure was examed.The results indicated that under different combinations of shoulder strap design elements,there were certain differences in the static pressure value of the same testing point,but there was no uniform rule,and the three elements had no significant influence on the static pressure.The static pressure distribution of each pressure test point under the three factors was P3 > P2 > P4 > P5 > P1,and its distribution characteristics was mainly affected by the curvature of human body.In terms of dynamic pressure,the shoulder strap width had a significant influence on the mean and maximum dynamic pressure of P5,while other shoulder strap elements had no significant influence on each point.The fluctuation of dynamic pressure was most affected by the tensile properties of the material.Without comsidering the tensile properties,the combination of cross type and wide shoulder strap had the best effect on the pressure buffering during movement.(3)Analysis of subjective dressing feeling and wearing comfortBased on the subjective evaluation of breast motion intensity and pressure comfort in wearing experiment,the relationship between sports bra performance and subjective feeling was discussed,and the comprehensive influence of shoulder strap design elements on bra support and pressure comfort was analyzed.The results showed that the shoulder strap width and shoulder strap direction had a significant effect on the subjective score of breast exercise intensity,and the shoulder strap direction had a significant effect on the pressure comfort of P4 test point.There was a significant positive correlation between subjective score of exercise intensity and Y-axis displacement reduction rate,while there was no significant correlation between subjective score of pressure comfort and dynamic pressure.The direction and width of the shoulder strap were significantly correlated with the reduction rate of Y-axis displacement,and the tensile properties were significantly correlated with the mean dynamic pressure at P3.Assume that the material tensile property was X1(M1=1,M2=2,M3=3),the shoulder strap width was X2(W1=1,W2=2),the shoulder strap direction was X3(S1=1,S2=2),the Y-axis displacement reduction rate was X,the mean dynamic pressure of P3 was P,and the wearing comfort was Q,An objective comfort model was established: Q=0.631X2-0.601X3-0.684X1.Based on this model and subjective feeling,the optimal combination of shoulder straps design elements was as follows: width W1,shoulder direction S1 and material tensile property M1.This paper explored the influence of different shoulder strap elements on the comfort performance of sports bra,and extracted the combination of shoulder strap design elements with both support and pressure comfort considered,which could provide a certain theoretical basis for women to chose sports bra and the design of sports bra.
