| Sports shoes can only be cleaned by hand,which is no longer applicable to the current consumer’s lifestyle.With the advent of a user driven era,the related home appliance industry has developed rapidly to meet the consumers’ wishes.However,the development of shoe washing machine is still in the initial stage,and indiscriminate brushing can not effectively improve the cleaning rate,but will reduce the service life of shoes.The feedback of consumers after use is not ideal.Micro-nano bubbles technology has been widely used in wastewater treatment,mineral flotation,biomedicine,cleaning and many other technical fields.Based on its unique physical and chemical properties,the technology has potential applications in cleaning sports shoes stains.In order to explore the action mechanism of micro-nano bubbles technology to remove shoe material stains,first,according to the types and sources of stains commonly seen in life and the existing production methods of contaminated cloth,the base cloth,the direction of adding dirt solution,the amount of dirt solution,aging conditions and types of stains that pollute shoe materials were screened.According to the determined preparation and staining methods of the contaminated solution,a contaminated cloth used to evaluate the cleaning performance of shoe washing equipment was developed,And the performance evaluation is carried out.Secondly,the retention time,particle size distribution and Zeta potential of the micro-nano bubbles generated by the micro-nano bubbles generator used in the experiment were tested and analyzed,and the experimental design and device construction were carried out for the experiment of cleaning the micro-nano bubbles on sports shoes.Thirdly,under the three washing methods of soaking,machine washing and spraying,the difference of the influence of micro-nano bubbles water and tap water,and whether to add detergent on the stain removal was explored;Finally,based on the characteristics of stains and the cleaning principle of micro and nano bubbles,the difference of influence of substrate type,stain type,washing method and detergent on the decontamination of micro and nano bubbles was discussed,and the mechanism was analyzed.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows.(1)Developing shoe materials contaminated by sports shoes and doing performance tests.The shoe materials contaminated by sports shoes include lard(oil soluble),chili oil(oil soluble),grass stains(water soluble),coffee(water soluble)and mud stains(solid stains),which are made of double soled sandwich mesh and canvas as the base cloth by spot dyeing and scraping.The best aging conditions of the contaminated shoe materials prepared by this method are: aging temperature 60 ℃,aging time 1h.The test shows that the self-made contaminated shoes meet the requirements of coating uniformity,washing sensitivity,washing stability and storage stability.(2)The basic characteristics of micro-nano bubbles were characterized.The average residence time of the generated micro/nano bubbles is 121 s;Micron bubbles are mainly distributed between(30-70)μm,while nano bubbles are distributed between(80-150)nm;The Zeta potential of micro-nano bubbles is about-24 m V.The contact angle of tap water and micro-nano air bubbles water to canvas fiber is 32 ° and 20 ° respectively,and the wetting time to mesh is 2.2 s and 1.5 s respectively.The micro-nano air bubbles water has better wettability and lower surface tension,so the removal effect of stains is better.(3)The influence and reason of micro-nano bubbles in different stains,different substrates,washing methods and detergents were analyzed.The addition of micro-nano bubbles improves the cleaning rate of lard,grass stains and mud stains(except for grass stains on canvas under soaking conditions),which proves that micro-nano bubbles have a positive effect on the removal of oil,protein stains and solid particles on flexible fabrics.For chili oil that is deep into the fiber and difficult to remove,although no improvement of the cleaning rate caused by micro-nano bubbles was observed at the end point of washing,the addition of micro-nano bubbles improved the cleaning rate at the initial stage,which is of positive significance for shortening the washing time.For watersoluble stains(coffee)that can be easily removed by water washing,only tap water can remove most of the stains.When the cleaning rate reaches a high point,the addition of micro-nano bubbles has no effect on the cleaning rate.The removal effect of micro-nano air bubbles water on the surface of hydrophobic fabric(mesh)is better than that of hydrophilic fabric(canvas).Under the condition of low mechanical force(soaking and spraying),micro-nano bubbles can improve the cleaning rate of stains better than that under the condition of high mechanical force(machine washing).When combined with anionic surfactant,micro-nano bubbles can significantly improve the cleaning rate of pepper oil(soaking-mesh,machine washing-mesh and canvas),grass stains(soaking-mesh,machine washing-mesh and canvas,spraying-canvas),coffee(machine washing-mesh)and mud stains(soaking-mesh,machine washing-mesh,spraying-mesh and canvas),The synergy and enhancement between micro-nano bubbles and detergents enhance the concentration of detergent around the pollutants,magnify the role of detergents,so that more chemical bonds are destroyed and more stains are removed. |
