The fabric spray dyeing process is a new fabric dyeing process that is born in response to the call of the country for energy conservation and emission reduction and is still under study.The effect of spraying on the fabric is easy to cause uneven dyeing,which leads to the fact that the process has not been widely used in actual processing and production.At the same time,the spray dyeing process has strict requirements for the type of sprayer and the pneumatic and hydraulic conditions of sprayer operation.In addition,if fabric spray dyeing is to be used in the production of dyeing and finishing industry,the cost of mechanical devices,the improvement of control system,the monitoring of the demand for liquid carrying rate in the process of dyeing and the evaluation of quality are all the difficulties that restrict the development of this technology.The research content of this paper is based on the spraying test device built by the early scholars of the research group,mainly including the following aspects:1.Analyze the working principle of the spraying test device system,check the hardware selection of the device,point out the problems existing in the hardware,study the causes of their occurrence and the impact on the spraying effect,and propose improvement measures.At the same time,propose the design scheme of the multi nozzle space spraying mechanism in combination with the production requirements.In addition,the control system of the existing device is programmed,and fuzzy PID is used to solve the hydraulic control overshoot problem of viscous dye,and experiments are designed to explore the optimal gas-liquid ratio of the test device.2.Based on STM32F103RCT6 series single-chip microcomputer,combined with TCS3200 color sensor and infrared temperature sensor,the soft measurement method of fabric liquid rate is constructed to explore the relationship between the color information and the liquid rate in the process of fabric dyeing.BP neural network is used to construct the soft measurement model of fabric liquid rate,and the transformation of fabric color information and the value of fabric liquid rate is realized in Lab VIEW.3.The fabric dyeing process is simulated on the spraying test device,and the dyeing method in this process is replaced by the spraying method.The orthogonal test is designed to explore the most appropriate process parameters and equipment parameters based on this device.The fabric spraying dyeing quality model is constructed with K/S value and soaping fastness as evaluation indicators.
