| China is a major country in infrastructure construction,and the development of the construction industry is showing an increasing trend year by year.At the same time,with the rapid development of internet technology,China has achieved significant results in fields such as big data,artificial intelligence,and AI technology,further promoting the development of smart construction site safety management.The proposal of the concept of smart construction sites has pushed construction site project management towards the direction of intelligent development,changing the traditional way of relying mainly on personnel for on-site management,improving the efficiency of construction project management,and also bringing new opportunities for efficient management of construction projects.And safety management is a branch based on the smart construction site model,which is a key link in the construction process of construction projects.It not only affects the safety of construction personnel,but also affects the progress of the entire construction project.Therefore,conducting in-depth research on safety management of smart construction sites in construction projects not only helps construction enterprises and institutions to better carry out safety management in construction projects,And it is also of great significance for the development of the entire construction industry.This article mainly studies the safety management of construction projects based on smart construction sites,aiming to change the traditional safety management mode in construction projects,utilize emerging information technology means,improve the efficiency of safety management work,and ensure the orderly progress of project construction.The theme of this article is to choose and establish it based on the foundation of disciplinary research and the background of the times.After confirming the research topic,search and read relevant literature on the topic,draw on the research experience and conclusions of the research topic,and have a rough understanding and macro grasp of the research topic of this paper.Secondly,on the basis of grasping the current research status related to the research topic,the relevant theoretical foundations were sorted out,further consolidating the persuasiveness and theoretical nature of this paper writing.Once again,on a theoretical basis,in order to gain a deeper understanding of the current status of smart construction site safety management in construction site projects,a questionnaire survey was conducted on some enterprises and institutions in the urban area,investigating the current and existing problems encountered in smart construction site safety management projects from both macro and micro levels.On the basis of the questionnaire survey,interviews were conducted with leaders and employees of relevant enterprises and institutions.Finally,all issues were sorted out to identify the core obstacles that currently affect the implementation of smart construction site safety management.Then,based on relevant obstacles,improvements were made to the current safety management model based on smart construction sites,and some constructive suggestions and countermeasures were proposed.Finally,evaluate and test the improved smart construction site safety management model based on actual project cases,and evaluate the performance of the final evaluation and testing results.Through evaluation and analysis,it is demonstrated that the improved safety management model can meet daily use and has certain practical significance.The research content of this article can provide certain reference value for future research on safety management of construction projects,as well as for the transformation of safety management models in the construction industry.Implementing intelligent construction site safety management can solve many problems in construction site safety management and effectively improve the efficiency of safety management.I hope that the research in this paper can have certain reference value for promoting the safety management of smart construction sites in construction projects,and lay a solid foundation for the development of construction projects. |
