Eco-Cycle farms are important relying subjects for the development of recycling agriculture,and bear the important mission of promoting the green and high-quality development of agriculture.At present,various places in China have responded to the policy call and built ecological recycling farms with different characteristics according to local conditions,which have generated extremely important ecological and social values,but the development level of most farms in terms of management mode and production value still needs to be improved.Therefore,in order to improve the management capacity and economic efficiency of ecological recycling farms,it is of great practical significance to conduct research on their operation mode and economic efficiency.This thesis takes Zibo Hefeng Eco-Cycle Farm as the research object,explores the relationship between the operation mode and economic efficiency of the Eco-Cycle Farm,predicts the future trend of the economic efficiency of the farm using the system dynamics research method,analyzes the key factors affecting the economic efficiency,and proposes countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of the farm.Through field research and interviews,this dissertation provides an overview of the basic development and operation mode of Harvest Eco-Cycle Farm.At present,Hefeng Eco-Cycle Farm has built up a coupled cycle model of "cattle-grain-worm-fishery",and adopted green production technologies such as biological prevention and control technology,integrated water and fertilizer spraying technology,straw anaerobic fermentation technology,vermicomposting,and recirculating water breeding,which realize the effective utilization of agricultural waste within the cycle system,promote agricultural production ecological and green,alleviating agricultural surface pollution,and at the same time providing high-quality ecological agricultural products for the market,which has greater ecological and social value.Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,this thesis researches and analyzes the economic benefits of each subsystem of Hefeng Eco-Cycle Farm and the farm as a whole,respectively.First,using system dynamics software to construct eco-cycle cause-effect diagrams,we analyzed the economic benefits of the farming,beef cattle breeding and insect breeding subsystems of Hefeng Eco-Cycle Farm separately,and combined with resource material conversion efficiency indicators such as straw output coefficient,livestock to meat ratio,insect hatching rate and survival rate to compare and analyze the economic benefits generated by each subsystem under two different development paths of the recycling model and the traditional model.It was found that(1)due to the loss of economic value of green storage feed and the low matching of agricultural products output of beef cattle with feed inputs,the farm incurred more feed costs and had insufficient space for economic benefit enhancement;(2)compared with the traditional production model,the economic benefits generated by the farm cultivation and beef cattle breeding subsystems under the circular model were low,while the insect breeding subsystem would generate more economic benefits and had a certain The insect farming subsystem generates more economic benefits and has certain potential for economic benefit development,but the sales scale of insect products is small and still in a negative income state.The farm should accelerate the opening of the sales market for insect products so that insect farming can generate scale economic benefits.Secondly,in the study of the overall economic efficiency of the Hefeng Eco-Cycle Farm,this thesis provides a descriptive statistical analysis of the financial situation and production management of the farm.At this stage,the ability of Hefeng Eco-Cycle Farm to improve its economic efficiency is insufficient,and it is in a state of negative profitability,which is not conducive to the long-term development of the farm.Finally,this thesis concludes that the following problems are faced in the development of Hefeng Eco-Cycle Farm: compared with ordinary agricultural products,it is difficult to form price advantages for ecological agricultural products;the ecological production efficiency is low and the cost burden of production factors is too heavy;the marketing efficiency of ecological agricultural products is low and the marketing costs generated are too high;the implementation of government subsidies is not strong enough and the support policies need to be optimized.Based on the problems found from the above research analysis,this study used system dynamics software(Vensim PLE x32)to construct a system dynamics model of the Hefeng Eco-Cycle Farm,which mainly includes four aspects,such as ecological cycle causality diagram,stock flow diagram,simulation and scenario analysis.After simulation experiments with different parameter changes,empirical analysis was conducted to determine whether key factors such as beef cattle prices,labor costs,feed costs,marketing expenses,and government subsidies have significant effects on farm economic efficiency.After the system dynamics study,the economic efficiency of the farm showed an increasing trend until 2040,and the dynamic investment regression period of the project was 10 years,so it has a certain investment and promotion value;through the scenario analysis,it was found that the price of beef cattle,labor cost,fertilizer cost,marketing cost,and government subsidy had a significant impact on the economic efficiency of the farm.Finally,based on the research results,this thesis proposes relevant countermeasures to promote the economic benefits of Hefeng Eco-Cycle farm.First,farms should actively establish ecological brands to realize the price advantages of ecological agricultural products;the government should strengthen the publicity and guidance of ecological awareness to strengthen the consumer market’s awareness and acceptance of ecological agricultural products;second,farms should improve the level of ecological technology,implement intelligent and refined production technology,enhance agricultural production efficiency,and reduce the cost inputs of production factors such as labor and feed;the government should improve the ecological technology research and promotion system to provide technical support for the development of economic benefits of farms.Third,farms should improve the sales market of ecological agricultural products,broaden sales channels,improve sales efficiency and reduce sales costs;the government should establish "green channels" for ecological recycling farms and build a scientific,standardized and orderly sales platform for ecological agricultural products to ensure effective and smooth sales.Fourth,the government should increase subsidies for ecological recycling farms,optimize the subsidy policy,improve the subsidy system,strengthen the effective implementation of financial subsidies,and provide financial guarantee for farms to cope with risks.Through the implementation of the above countermeasures and suggestions,it is conducive to the enhancement of production management,promotion of economic efficiency and efficient and sustainable development of the eco-cycle farm in Hefeng. |
