| Basalt fiber reinforced composites have the advantages of light weight,high strength and corrosion resistance,With the development of science and technology,Traditional materials can no longer meet the current industrial requirements,Especially in aviation,semiconductor,civil engineering and other fields.In this paper,the durability of BFRP in the special environment of acid-base,sodium sulfate and sodium chloride is studied by preparing BFRP specimens,By analyzing the changes of mechanical property indexes related to BFRP,the change law of mechanical property of BFRP in special environment is obtained,so as to explore the application of BFRP in railway protective fence.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:The components and proportions of BFRP are determined.The preparation of BFRP adopts a different production process.The SMC unit-high temperature hydraulic press is used to prepare the basalt fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin composite(BFRP).The high temperature compression molding BFRP has good uniformity.,the strength and stiffness are also optimal.Three aging schemes were designed to study the durability of BFRP in acid,alkali and soluble salt environments.Mechanical indicators such as tensile strength,tensile elastic modulus,flexural strength,flexural modulus and elongation at break were used to characterize the mechanical properties of BFRP.Studies have shown that the tensile strength,tensile elastic modulus,flexural strength,and flexural modulus of BFRP after immersion in sodium hydroxide solution for 6 months are within 10%,and the change in elongation at break is within 5%.It has good durability and strong alkali corrosion resistance in an alkaline environment.With the increase of aging time,the mechanical properties of BFRP tend to be stable;BFRP is soaked in hydrochloric acid solution for 6months.The flexural strength and flexural modulus decreased greatly,about 40%,and the elongation at break changed within 5%,indicating that BFRP has poor durability and poor acid corrosion resistance under acidic conditions.Working in an acidic environment;the tensile strength,tensile elastic modulus,flexural strength,and flexural modulus of BFRP after being soaked in sodium sulfate and sodium chloride compound salt solution for 6months are within 10%,and the elongation at break changes.When the amplitude is less than 5%,BFRP has good durability in complex salt environment and strong resistance to salt corrosion.With the increase of aging time,the mechanical properties of BFRP tend to be stable.The use of glass fiber as filling material to replace calcium carbonate filler can improve the acid corrosion resistance of BFRP.With BFRP as the raw material,three kinds of components including new fence column components,new fence beam components and new fence vertical beam components have been designed independently and innovatively,which can be directly assembled into a new type of railway protective fence,replacing traditional reinforced concrete columns and barbed wire fences.A new type of BFRP railway protective fence was set up on site to verify the feasibility of using BFRP as a railway protective fence. |
