| When emulsified asphalt is incorporated into the rubber particlecement slurry,at the interface,cement hydration consumes water,causing the emulsified asphalt particles to dehydrate and form a film on the surface of the rubber particles,the film layer and cement hydration products are interlaced,acting as a bridge between the rubber particles and the cement slurry,improving the interfacial bonding ability between the rubber particles and the cement slurry.However,the film formation effect of emulsified asphalt can be affected by cement hydration,which in turn affects the composite effect of the cement-rubber particle-emulsified asphalt system.In this thesis,the composite effect of Portland/Sulphoaluminate cement-rubber particle-emulsified asphalt system is investigated,and the mechanical properties of the two systems are studied under different rubber-to-cement(R/C)and leaching ratio(A/R)conditions,and BET,MIP,SEM and other microscopic analysis methods are used to analyse the composite effect.The principle was analyzed,and the following experimental results were obtained.(1)Comparing with silicate cement,when R/C=0.2,A/R was 0.00,0.08,0.16,0.24 and 0.32,respectively,with the increase of emulsified asphalt admixture,the growth rate of 28 d compressive strength of sulphuraluminate cement system increased by 6.4~23.0%;the growth rate of flexural strength increased by 1.5%~27.3% compared with that of silicate cement system;the stress-strain curve and deflection curves showed better ductility.(2)Compared with silicate cement,the transition zone at the cement hydration interface of the sulphate aluminate cement-rubber particleemulsified asphalt system is more tightly bound than that of silicate cement,and the thickness of the interface transition zone is less than that of silicate cement as the amount of emulsified asphalt is increased;emulsified asphalt can effectively refine the pore structure of the sulphate aluminate cementrubber particle-emulsified asphalt system,and the A/R is 0.00,0.08,0.16,0.24 and 0.25 respectively.0.16,0.24 and 0.32,the porosity was 35.4%,34.0%,31.6%,26.6% and 25.3% respectively,and the number of large pores in the system decreased and the number of micro-pores increased.(3)The ternary system of sulphate aluminate cement-rubber particlesemulsified asphalt has better composite effect than silicate cement-rubber particles-emulsified asphalt;when R/C=0.2 and A/R=0.24,the system of sulphate aluminate cement-rubber particles-emulsified asphalt has both higher strength and better toughness. |
