With the continuous development of nonferrous metallurgy industry,in order to ensure the full utilization of solid waste resources in China,it is necessary to accelerate the construction of multiple raw material structure and optimization of solid waste particle smelting industry.KIVCET furnace,as high strength flash smelting equipment of lead based polymetallic solid waste,has the advantages of strong adaptability of raw materials and low energy consumption.In this thesis,the KIVCET furnace is taken as the research object,the numerical simulation model of the melting process is established,the characteristics of the gas-particle two-phase velocity field,temperature field and concentration field in the furnace are studied under different operating parameters and structural parameters,and the orthogonal test is carried out,and the optimal working conditions are obtained.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows.(1)Establish a simplified numerical calculation model according to the data provided by the design Institute.The results show that the air flow in the reaction shaft presents an umbrella shape and diffuses to the vertical flue.The average temperature in the furnace is about 1684.25K,which can reach the self-heating melting condition.The maximum error is 5.71%after calculation with materials provided by the design institute,which proves that the numerical calculation model in this paper is accurate and reliable.(2)The characteristics of each field in the furnace with the expansion angle of nozzle nozzle from 0°to 25°were studied.The results show that the residence time of the optimized particles is slightly higher than that of the reference condition.With the increase of the angle of dispersion cone,the coke particles can be evenly distributed on the filter layer.The yield of the two groups with the expansion angle of 5°and 20°was higher and the optimization result was better.(3)The simulation results under the operation parameters of central oxygen-lateral oxygen with different momentum ratios and the same momentum ratio and different airflow speeds are studied.The results show that the melting reaction time increases with the increase of momentum ratio.Two groups with momentum ratio of 0.25 and 0.20 had higher yield and better optimization results.Under the same momentum ratio operation parameters,increasing the wind speed is not conducive to product formation.(4)The optimal operatiional parameters obtained by orthogonal test are as follows:the outward expansion Angle of nozzle is 20°;The central oxygen-lateral oxygen momentum ratio is 0.33.The proportion of raw materials is Pb S:15.8%,Pb SO4:5.0%,Fe S2,Fe7S8,Si O2,Ca O,Ca SO4:1.5%,3.8%,10.8%,4.1%,7.2%,S:4.6%,C:6.2%.Compared with the velocity field,concentration field and temperature field under the reference condition,the optimal results are obviously optimized.
