| Acetone-butanol-ethanol(ABE),as a new type of engine biofuel,has great development potential because of its low cost,renewable,environment-friendly,high oxygen content,latent heat of evaporation,good calorific value and explosion resistance.Experiments show that mixing ABE with traditional engine fuel can effectively reduce emissions without affecting engine efficiency.However,so far,few scholars have conducted in-depth research on the application of gasoline ABE hybrid fuel dynamics mechanism and its application analysis.Therefore,in order to study the combustion and emission characteristics of gasoline-ABE mixture,this paper combines the reduction mechanism of isooctane,n-heptane and toluene as gasoline characterization fuel with the reduction sub mechanism of ABE to form the simplified mechanism of gasoline-ABE multicomponent blend.The simplified mechanism is coupled with converse software to verify and apply three-dimensional combustion simulation.The main work of this paper is as follows:The detailed mechanism of gasoline is simplified by using the manifold trajectory analysis algorithm method and lumping method,and the isooctane,n-heptane and toluene sub-mechanisms satisfying the simulation accuracy are obtained.Combined with the simplified mechanism of reduced acetone,butanol and ethanol,a simplified mechanism of gasoline-ABE multi-component blend containing 87 components and 387 reactions is formed.The simplified mechanism is verified,the results show that the mechanism can accurately simulate the ignition delay,premixed flame speed and premixed flame concentration of isooctane,n-heptane,toluene,acetone,butanol and ethanol.It shows that the reduced mechanism meets the accuracy requirements.Through CONVERGE software to reduce the mechanism of engine cylinder combustion simulation,and the engine cylinder pressure,heat release rate and emissions comparative study.The results show that compared with pure gasoline(G100),ABE30(3:6:1)increases the combustion intensity in the engine cylinder and promotes the combustion in the cylinder;The blending of ABE had a positive effect on the emissions characteristics of the combustion,although there was an increase in NOx,HC and CO are significantly reduced. |
