The discharge of industrial solid waste is increasing year by year,and the low-efficiency recycling methods such as stacking and landfill can no longer meet the huge demand of domestic solid waste absorption,and the lack of relevant recycling technology has gradually become a huge obstacle to social and economic development.Taking construction waste and calcium carbide slags as the main research objects,systematic research was carried out,and different resource utilization schemes were proposed for the two kinds of solid wastes.Silicate ceramsite was prepared from construction residue,and two hydration systems of fly ash and quartz tailing mud were studied by autoclaved curing technique.In the fly ash experiment,the ceramsite performance is the best when the mass ratio of construction residue is 50%,and the cylinder compressive strength can reach 18.8 MPa.In the quartz tailing mud experiment,the anti-softening effect of quartz tailing mud is weaker than that of fly ash.When the proportion of construction residue is 40%,the ceramsite has the best properties and the cylinder compressive strength can reach22.3MPa.Light aggregate concrete was prepared with ceramsite NF30 as the research object.When the absolute volume of ceramsite was 40%,the 28d strength of ceramsite concrete reached 90.2MPa.Ceramsite has an internal curing effect and can continuously promote the hydration reaction of fly ash.The highest content of fly ash can reach 250kg/m~3,and the strength of concrete can reach 60.4 MPa in 28d.After the construction residue was activated,calcined at 700℃for 2.0h,and the mortar test block was prepared,the activity index of the mortar test block reached 74.8%compared with the standard test block,which was in line with the standard of active cement mixture.When the activated residue was activated at 700℃,the activity of Clinochlore and Muscovite was the highest.The cross-mixing experiment between activated residue and non-activated residue showed that when activated residue replaced 60%,the ceramic cylinder compressive strength reached 26.3MPa,and activated construction residue was also suitable for the preparation of high strength ceramics.Calcium carbide slag and fly ash are used as the main raw materials to prepare ceramsite,which is carbonized after natural curing.The carbonized phase is single calcite,while the carbonized phase is carbonized after autoclaved curing.Vaterite appears in the carbonized phase,and the hydrated phase contains hydrogarnet and CSHB.An orthogonal experiment shows that the optimal curing system is autoclaved reaction 4h,carbonization temperature 60℃,carbonization pressure 0.1mpa,carbonization 6h,corresponding cylinder compressive strength 13.6 MPa. |
