| Coal mine production is mostly underground operation,which is prone to safety accidents,It is of great significance for improving the level of coal mine safety production and reducing the occurrence of safety accidents to carry out the research on risk assessment of coal mine safety production.This paper first analyzes the current research situation of safety risk assessment of coal mine production system at home and abroad,and expounds the concepts and theories related to this study.Secondly,based on the analysis of the composition and characteristics of coal mine production system,the safety risk factors in coal mine production system are identified by accident case analysis and literature analysis.By using the methods of expert interview and questionnaire,the identified safety risk factors of coal mine production system are optimized,and finally the safety risk evaluation index system of coal mine production system is constructed,which includes 6 first-level indexes and 33 second-level indexes.After a comprehensive comparison of a variety of safety risk assessment methods and weight calculation methods,the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of each safety risk assessment index,and the grey comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the safety risk assessment model of coal mine production system.Finally,taking a coal mine in Hunan Province as an example,the safety risk of the coal mine production system is evaluated by using the safety risk evaluation index and model constructed in this paper.the evaluation results show that the final score of the safety risk of the coal mine production system is 0.5978.It is at a medium risk level and belongs to an acceptable range,which can ensure safety in production.However,the power supply and communication system,safety production management system,blasting system,ventilation and protection system are at high risk,and positive measures need to be taken to deal with them.Risk response strategies are put forward for high-risk and medium-risk subsystems. |
